The Vatican added its voice on Wednesday to a wave of protests over the use of a newborn baby in a publicity campaign to combat anti-gay discrimination.

As a key part of its campaign, the regional government of Tuscany plans to use a photo of a baby whose hospital identity bracelet bears the French word Homosexuel.

The caption on the photo, which is soon expected to appear in poster form on billboards all over Tuscany, says: “Sexual orientation is not a choice”. “Doing a publicity campaign like this is not a good idea. This is a bit strange. They shouldn’t have gone that far,” said Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, the Vatican Secretary of State.
 
Orientation may not be a choice but to act on it is always a choice.
 
Is nothing sacred to these perverted sodomites? The sodomite cult is exploiting children, pure and simple.
 
I think it is horrible that they are using babies for their campaigns. We have a whole young generation of MTV kids watching the over-sexualization of teenie-boppers and now to label a baby with the term “homosexual” as if a baby has the mind to decide that this is the lifestyle they want to live. God help us all.
 
Homophilia is a sin, a choice, not something you are born with.

Its not an “orientation”, its a preference, an abomination before the eyes of God.

There is absolutely no proof that homophilia is inborn, just as there is no proof that pedophilia or necrophilia are inborn.

Funny thing about anti-Chritian secularists and homophilia promoters, they will claim that homophilia is inborn but when asked about pedophilia they will not make that same claim.

Indeed. And I would also say that it is against the poor baby’s human rights to have such an arm band attached. It is an attack of his being. It is an abuse.

Then again, when have sodomites cared about anyone else? All they care about is their latest perverted sexual escpade.

In real life, same-gender people care about lots of people besides themselves. They are normal people like us with the only difference is sexual preference. They are often good, normal, caring people.

Well, more and more research is pointing to that it is partly a genetic thing. There is a certain percentage of animals in the wild who are also same-gender preference and that is much more nature than nurture.

They are probably the most selfish, hedonistic group in this country. Not all are selfish, but a definate majority are.

The orientation is not a choice. We don’t know what causes it. It is the acting on it which is an abomination before God.

Do you have some personal vendetta in order to spread lies? They care about others just as much as you or I do. After all they stick by each other when the rest of the world in its socalled righteousness abandons them.
 
How about the babies arm band that saying “Alleluia! I escaped alive from the womb!”

But we do not need to change the orientation, just the behavior. It may not be possible to change the orientation no matter what the cause and has very often been shown to cause even more depression in those who attempt to change it. There is no sin in the orientation just the behavior.
