I understand these penalties but the priests of the SSPX were not the ones who committed the schismatic act therefore the Vatican didn’t excommunicate them along with the bishops. We can guess that they’ve probably adhered to the schism by now but we can’t assume it. We are not the authority on the matter and we are not the Supreme Legislator in this case. All we know for sure is that they are suspended and might excommunicated latae sententiae. Notice that canon 1383 says they are ipso facto suspended, not ipso facto excommunicated.
