I watched Tucker last night and saw his whole piece. What he said scared me.
That is what his show and other shows on fox does best. change the channel and you’ll find out the world isn’t such a scary place after all.

She was a principal for 5 years.

This is her one post.
I firmly believe that Black Lives Matter, but I DO NOT agree with the coercive measures taken to get this point across; some of which are falsified in an attempt to prove a point. While I want to get behind BLM, I do not think people should be made to feel they have to choose black race over human race. While I understand the urgency to feel compelled to advocate for black lives, what about our fellow law enforcement? What about all others who advocate for and demand equity for all? Just because I don’t walk around with a BLM sign should not mean I am a racist [sic]”
Why would this post call for an immediate firing? A call from the superindendent if they felt she was too insensitive,(troubling times) a reprimand as you will but a direct firing, no.

How so? Teachers in the US normally sign clauses as they do here in the UK which stipulate that their social media posts and other communications are monitored and they can be held accountable for them. As far as I understand it the 1st amendment covers speech in a public setting, Facebook or similar are private entities, also the 1st amendment in the US as I understand it doesn’t protect you from the consequences of your speech.

The first amendment prevents the government from taking action against you because of your speech. The school is a government school…thus, they cannot fire you. Sue, sue, sue!

Coaching, not firing is what a leader would do.

Actually it is that simple. Its a little more complicated if the entity doing the firing is a private company…those kinds of firings happen all the time. They are complicated if they receiving any kind of government funding or contracts.
But for the government itself to take action is out-of-bounds. Colleges continually lose in court trying to enforce “free speech zones” on public college campuses…they lose because they are not allowed to limit free speech on public land / property.

This is just insane! I swear there are times when I detest this world.

So is it possible she could sue for racial discrimination, can’t white people have an opinion.

Please read this article from Rex Murphy (Canadian journalist) by the National Post, and if you don’t know who he is you should, he’s just about the only person whose articles I will read with frequency because his common sense ALWAYS shines through:

All it takes to resist this madness is spine. Make your motto standing up, not kneeling down. We, meaning citizens of democracies, should not, by passive response or supine submission to those who violate its codes, watch our democratic standards and codes be tossed aside whenever some bunch declares a “cause.”

We should also, with the strongest determination, not give in to the shouts to shut down those people who make counter-arguments to the woke missionaries. So-called cancel culture. The little Maos or the radical left, the masked bullies of Antifa and extreme elements of Black Lives Matter think they have the right to excommunicate all views that offend their oversensitive, busybody nostrils. Don’t yield by silence or by refusing to tell them simply to go away with their nonsense.

I have a public school middle schooler, and the principal of the school sent out a tweet recommending parents read the article in the tweet, the article had a large photo showing a big sign that read “Silence=Violence” and the article recommended the book White Privilege? So yes, if in support of the movement, it apparently is not controversial. There is an interview with one of the three co-founders of the BLM movement and she says in the interview that she and another of the co-founders follow Marxist ideologies. Marxist=communism.

How is it racial descrimination? Apparently she can’t voice an opinion or she would not be fired.

Not surprising. The lives of American blacks do matter. Our nation does have a history of not recognizing the important fact that American blacks hold exactly the same civil and individual rights, constitutionally protected, as all other Americans.
BLM is organization and movement, is just another leftist radical organization with occasional racist and violent overtones, the racist accusation of “white privilege” being one example.
So, by all means, silence when Americans’ rights are being violated by agents of guis wrong. We must speak out, but not in defense of organizations that are not worthy of supporting.
