So you tell me to look at the big picture and then you single out soybean farmers.
Jevver heard of examples?
Then you go one to write about deficits and the debt as if it just started to soar under Trump.
The debt was raised by Trump’s policies. So his “economical” success is just as bogus as his ethical behavior.
There are very intelligent ways to stop deficient spending and pay off the debt. The best way is to limit the federal government to a percentage of gdp with that percentage being lowered every 4 years plus a percentage of GDP collected that goes to paying off the debt, once paid it stops.
That would be fine. The trouble is that neither side of the “isle” is interested in anything but preserving their power.

Why are you selectively editing my post? Please go back and re-read it and if you fail to understand it, re-read it again and again and again and again until you realize I am against deficit spending.
Bad wording on my part. I apologize for causing confusion. Please know that I wasn’t speaking of your personal perspective on deficit/ debt. In any thread I’ve read about the deficit issue, you have been very clear that you do not agree with the predicament the US is in due to deficit spending and debt increases.

I meant to convey that one of the President’s platform policy was his intent to decrease spending and reduce the deficit and overall debt. The Republican party appears to disregard Trump’s promise (and even worse, some Republican politicians seem to expect the president to set aside that promise).

Again, I extend my apologies for any confusion I have created.

Geez if memory serves me correctly,GWB was constantly attacked for his inability to string a coherent sentence. How quickly we forget
