He seems to be getting a bit angry now. Did he say “shut up” earlier? I couldn’t tell if that’s what I really heard.

Let me guess… you are an Obama/Biden partisan. I understand that’s your job. I wonder what the independents and less partisan think about this.

Biden is a debate champ. Like Tyson he’s good in the ring but you can tell he’s taken a few hits to the head.
 
Ryan is doing OK at this point, but certainly not great. Those who had the expectation that Ryan was going to wax the floor with Biden were far off it seems. Biden has had some good moments, and some which were less good but all of that is being eclipsed by his demeanor, his rudeness, and his scare tactics.

Unless something dramatic happens in the next 30 minutes, I am calling this a wash.

Yes, now were getting the “angry” Biden. I think Biden as attack dog is Obama/Biden’s last gasp. My guess is it won’t work.

Politics at it’s finest. As an independent/moderate, I see nothing new here…🤷
 
What is it about specifics on the economic issue… how was hope and change specific? What is the dems specific plan again? Oh yeah… redistribution and deficit increases

On substance, I agree with you. On style, I think Biden’s antics will be a big negative. We’ll have to see what the polls say post debate.

If the voting machines weren’t already rigged I might think R&R actually have a chance.

I think Ryan is getting stronger as the debate goes on but this debate wont change anything. Not a wupping of either side like we saw last week.
