The one arrested had a decent rap sheet. If the victim wants to press charges, I’m confident the misdemeanor assault charges will stick (video is compelling evidence).

My guess is the woman was let go with a warning, since she didn’t conduct a full on assault.

Personally, I’m 100% against even having Hate Crimes as separate law. Why is a man assaulting his neighbor any different just because of skin color changes and a few verbal insults are added. Available punishments already fit the crimes.

I agree… pretty much if someone his punching someone else if the face ( or wherever ) I figure that that persob doesn’t like the other one.

Don’t have to convince me… the muslims are already killilng Christians in the Middle East… inluding but not llimited to Priests.
