Agreed. I don’t have enough info re Archbishop Vigano’s usage to have an opinion. I was commenting more on the usage I see among some traditionalists here in the U.S.I agree that it is not common here in the U.S. so many times it may be disrespectful but again, I wouldn’t want to judge someone from another culture by out culture.
Edit: upon further review of the video, “the one who occupies the Chair of Peter” is such a tortured way to say Pope Francis that it’s hard not to infer disrespect.
