Quite a claim, to attest to know that I “actively allow laws allowing for actual murder”.

I am not a member of any part of government, I am not part of any lobbying group or PAC, not in the legal field. The only thing in have power to allow is if my dog sleeps in my bed.

Decisions of the Supreme Court do not constitute law.

They certainly did when I was in law school.

Ah ---- no. They do make law.

They made law when they decided that gays have a right to marry. They have decided a number of issues because they were in the “penumbra” of the Constitution.

Search and Seizure is most certainly a law they made in response to constitutional issues, and from those decisions, the laws of states can be invalidated, new search and seizure laws proposed and adopted, and case law (there it is again!) modified.

So no, I do not need a refund. The issue is not with me, but thee. You are incorrect.

The Supreme Court offers opinions, but does not make laws. The Constitution is very clear on where laws are made. You appear to believe in the despotism of a judicial oligarchy which violates the whole idea of a republic.
