I sure wouldn’t want to be one of the “health ambassadors” that has to enforce this… YIKES !!!

Smart move. Too bad that there are some people who need to be forced to acknowledge the need to protect themselves and others from possible infection. The problem is not that they would get a Darwin Award, but that they can infect others.

Kroger required masks when I was there yesterday, but not on July 12. I am not sure exactly when they made the change.

On July 13, I had my first doctor visit since February 2019. Doors are locked. You have to ring the bell and a nurse comes outside to check your temperature and get your mask before going in. There is no peeking inside your mouth because the mask stays on. I did have to lift my mask for the vision check because my glasses fog up with the mask on. Driving with my mask on would be a really bad idea.

I expect people to do as I’ve seen them do in other stores; wear a mask to get in. Then after that they will reposition it to ensure that their chin is protected from the virus.

In the counties we shop in Florida Walmart has required people to wear masks for the last 6-7 weeks, nothing new here, same with Publix, in fact face masks are mandatory in both counties.

Perhaps the ICU should be told not to insert a ventilator for people upset about masks to protect their constitutional rights!

Ventilators kill most patients with Covid-19 anyway. Not saying much there.

But I will strongly suggest to stay out of Walmart restrooms. Heck just about any restrooms in any supermarket or restaurant. If one can’t avoid their usage, then wipe the seat if using it, wash hands thoroughly when done and once hands have been washed, be very, very careful what is touched on the way out. That door handle, for instance. Grab an extra paper towel for it.

Ventilators don’t kill most patients with Covid-19, but most patients with Covid 19 die who go on ventilators…mainly because their condition has worsened between the time they are tested and the results are receive…but if I must, I will yield to you medical expertise.

They’ve been allegedly “requiring” them for months here, and most people wear them, but a few don’t comply.
Will be interesting to see if they actually start enforcing the mask policy.

That’s what I meant to say. Appreciate the correction, thank you.

Let’s also refuse treatment to smokers with lung cancer and overweight people with heart issues too, while we are at it.

Or we could suggest humane, actually, you know, Catholic, ideas to treat people… Crazy talk, I realize.

Fauci lied, and admitted he did so, in telling us masks were not necessary. he was concerned about not having supplies for healthcare workers. Once that became a non-issue, he 'fessed up. Once you admit you lied intentionally, it becomes hard to trust the person.
