WalMart will require masks in U.S

Fauci lied, and admitted he did so, in telling us masks were not necessary. he was concerned about not having supplies for healthcare workers. Once that became a non-issue, he 'fessed up. Once you admit you lied intentionally, it becomes hard to trust the person.
Awesome. So Trump is off the hook, because he would NEVER admit his constant lying, not even his errors. So you can keep on “trusting” him - the self declared very stable genius. Don’t you feel embarrassed to support and “trust” someone like that?

By the way, where and when did Dr. Fauci admit that he intentionally distorted or misrepresented the truth he was aware of? Because THAT would be a lie. A simply lack of know knowledge is not a lie. Quote the verbatim confession of Dr, Fauci’s lie.

But I will strongly suggest to stay out of Walmart restrooms. Heck just about any restrooms in any supermarket or restaurant. If one can’t avoid their usage, then wipe the seat if using it, wash hands thoroughly when done and once hands have been washed, be very, very careful what is touched on the way out. That door handle, for instance. Grab an extra paper towel for it.
This was good advice before covid.

Let’s also refuse treatment to smokers with lung cancer and overweight people with heart issues too, while we are at it.
If a medical item is in limited supply, like for organ transplants, then destructive behavior might well disqualify them.

True, but let’s be realistic and use common sense here. Have they begun tracking which patients socially distanced 100% of the time and wore masks at all times, and factored that into treatment?

Its the vindictive notion that those who didn’t wear a mask should be exempt from humane treatment that I find appalling on a website promoting Catholic values.

I realize some clap and applaud when we talk of denying treatment, but that attitude is not of God.

If you don’t want to wear one, just say you can’t tolerate wearing one. They are forbidden from questioning you about any condition that would prevent you from wearing a mask.
Let’s put people at risk AND lie! Good plan!

Agreed. I find refusing to wear a mask petulant and childish, but letting someone die is beyond extreme.

We’ve had several cities around the metro-Atlanta area mandate masks. But the Govornor of GA has overridden those mandates and included the suggestion on his order that people wear masks.

But they are not forbidden from disallowing entry.

No shoes, no shirt, no mask, no service.

Also, the store is at “liberty” to deny you entry. It’s private property. You don’t have some inherent right to be there.

Walmart is publicly traded. So I’d disagree with you’re inherent right comment. Learn the old adage, “Follow the Money”!
Publicly traded does not mean what you seem to think it means.

Have a nice day.

Was waiting for Trump to be brought into a totally non political post.

I am as conservative as one can get, and still don’t see the point personally in refusing to wear the mask. But you are correct, that doesn’t warrant vindictiveness or refusal of treatment.

I’ve long thought the same. Do we refuse medical treatment to AIDS sufferers who engage in risky behavior? Addicts?

Of course not. None one who is Catholic would ever suggest such a thing.

Here’s the problem, there are Karens all over the place deciding if your behavior is appropriate or not. I’m sure Walmart has exceptions for health reasons (as if those people can’t spread the virus). At our condo pool, I was accused of not wearing a mask when not social distancing with a friend. I had to explain that we were in the same bubble. The response was, “How am I supposed to know that?” YOU DON"T, it’s none of your business.

Non political? When the top expert is accused of lying?
TDS.

Different topic - this one is about Walmart’s policy. You could tangentially connect nearly every topic to the Pope or the President if you want to divert that much.
