well the only theocratic nation in the world other than Vatican City is Iran which is Shi’ite… they tend to have more of a central figure rather than Sunnis…The Shiites tend to have a more theocratic form of government, right? I mean they tend to place equal emphasis on the Koran as on the civil. The Sunnis are more secular, or am I misreading what both groups stand for?
