What are you thankful to God for today?

Lol! I’m thankful for my Lapsang Souchong tea, too, and each time that I wake up. Every day is a beautiful day, even when it’s chilly, gray, and raining, like today.
 
You’ve reminded me that I need to buy some Oolong…

Tea is especially welcome today because I’m fasting until dinner. 🥪 🚫
 
I am thankful He listened to my own prayers that I composed for Him some while back instead of morning prayers. I just felt like a liar to recite prayers written by others.
I don’t think He liked them, so I will probably go back to the ones written by the Saints. I am sad He didn’t like them but am thankful He listened to me.
 
I’m thankful for Tuesday evenings when we gather for the Chaplet of Divine Mercy followed by mass.
I’m thankful for my father-in-law improving from his post surgery issues.
I’m thankful to be alive.
 
I am thankful for the people I met when we went to rehab who were so kind and helpful. I am grateful for a boat ride we had with our Church on Saturday. We all prayed the rosary and enjoyed the fresh air.
 
I’m thankful for the health care I’m able to access and the medications I have.
 
I’m thankful to God for helping find this board. It help me to ask a very hard question on the internet, which actually gave me the strength to ask the question to at my church. so Thank God for this message board.

For creating me, for placing me in a Catholic family so I could be baptized into His family and receive the other Sacraments. For the time to pray. For my family and friends, for the people on this board, for my wonderful doctor who phones me from home outside of formal work hours, who is thorough, for all the tests and treatments and medications available today. For all the appliances that make life easy.
 
I am thankful to every person who believe in humanity and love. Because these two basic things are the main source of happiness on this Earth.
