Thankful today and every day for my 3 kids. Despite many infertility issues and one extremely preterm birth, all of my kiddos are alive and healthy today. 4 years of infertility followed by 3 kids in the next 4 years… Deo Gratias!

Today I’m thankful that the Vatican actually issued a correction to the wayward German bishops.

What about feeling rejected? What lesson can we get from that experience?

I am thankful today that I was given time from life to hear the words of God and to receive the Holy Communion. I participated in the Mass. I prayed and sang (as best a person with no voice can 😄) and did my best to join my brothers and sisters in praise and glory to God today. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I’m thankful for my healthcare providers and the insurance I have.

I’m thankful for the prayers of everyone on this forum.

Monday Night Football. 🏈

Moreover, that I even have access to it, given that I live in Europe.

I’m thankful for this beautiful day!
I’m thankful for the love my wife shows for her father despite his not being a “good patient.”
I’m thankful for the group at my parish that gathers for the Chaplet of Divine Mercy each Tuesday evening.

Today I’m thankful for my excellent doctor who calls me late at night to discuss my results (from home in own time - no charge) and is very thorough in ordering all possible tests to rule in or out all possible concerns. That I am so blessed to have been led to this doctor and for all the tests that are available nowadays.

I always first and foremost am thankful of still being alive and not being in Hell. Once that happens everything else is meaningless.

Besides that there are so many things I need to be thankful to God I would never end to list them.

I simply say “thank you Lord for all the graces and things that you have undeservedly given to me, moved only by your unimaginable Mercy .”

I’m thankful my father-in-law was able to get a quick appointment for a PET scan this morning, and that his doctor is modifying his schedule to get him in early next week to review the scan.
I’m thankful for the adoration time I was able to spend with our Lord.

^^
This. I’ve finally reached this point in my life.

Also, I thank God on a daily basis for coffee. A small, legal comfort that isn’t too bad for me since I am a moderate drinker of it.
