I am looking foward to several blessings. We booked a vacation this year and it tanked because of covid.

But since its paid for–next year we go! So we just went to Disney. I was with cookie (my crutch)and wheelchair–long boring story about broken bones etc

We went there because dh is retireing soon and we stayed at a beautiful home.

Those are my selfish things.

I am looking forward for my youngests Confirmation. She now is in hs. I am especially looking forward to being a grandmother.

And pray pray my son A --marries this wonderful Catholic girl. Hes my middle child and professed he would never marry. But I pray he found the one!!! Hes 23 and she is 21.

We had a trip booked too, and British Airways wouldn’t refund our money. It was my life-long dream to go to Ireland, but I guess it wasn’t God’s will. I wonder if we’ll be able to visit places in heaven?

No, I just bought them on my own. 5 tickets! I talked til I was blue in that face to BA, and then I called VISA. I thought at least my credit card company would be able to go to bat for me, but alas, nope.

A cruise sounds like fun! I told my husband that I think some kind of tour group or cruise is the way we’ll travel if we ever get to go again. It’s a lot of work to plan everything.

Yes we booked through a travel agent and got upgraded for the inconvenience.

I would still battle the credit card if i were you or see if there are upgrades for next year.

Siblings will be here today. Tomorrow, the 15th, my birthday. We’re going to have a blast. Number 70 is a milestone.
