I wear the San Damiano cross - my favorite!

This cross is in our chapel, where I’ve benefitted from meditating on it during Eucharistic Adoration for years…

I used to wear a crucifix and a miraculous medal, but the crucifix broke off. 😦 I still wear the miraculous medal and I carry the crucifix around with me. 😃

I live near St. Max’s National US shrine. It is beautiful and I pray one day you will be able to visti it. It has brought me and my family much joy and happiness and the Brothers and Priests there are amazing!

I too wear a Miraculous Medal from when I enrolled in the MI there last year during the Feast Day of Mary’s Assumption.

I also wear a crucifix, because it is through Mary that we are brought to her son!

Have my medal of St. George, a crucifix, and a gold pendant of the lord face from the side view with the inscription “Dio Ti Protegga” on the back with the cross anchor.

I was wondering what people wear around their necks. I don’t wear anything. I still have trouble getting used to wearing my wedding ring. I was never one for jewelry. Lately however I have been thinking about getting a scapula.
I wear a scapula, and the holy face medal.

I don’t usually wear anything. However I do carry a finger rosary in my pocket.

Come to think of it, I believe that my place of employ rotates a noose :banghead:

I wear a small crucifix on a golden chain that was given to me by a very good friend who just passed on last September. It is my most cherished possession.
My condolences on the loss of your friend. I’ll kept them in my prayers.

The scapular is the only thing I wear all the time. Char Vance calls it “fire insurance.”

I voted ‘other’.

I wear:

the Brown Scapular

a Miraculous Medal

and a Celtic cross.

I wear a silver cross and a St. Dymphna medal mostly.

Sometimes I wear a gold cross that my sponser gave to me for confirmation.

How does one specifically go about enrolling in the Scapular?

Hi Shemp
I wear a small crucifix and a round gold miraculous medal that wasa handed down to me from my sister in law it is special I also wear the Brown scapular I would be lost without them. I am glad you asked the question. Since I am new It was easy enough to answer thanks a Bunch Love LillianR

I answered “other” simply because I wear both a Brown Scaupar of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and a Crucifix. 👍

Peace and all good,

Thomas2

Crucifix, Miraculous Medal and St. Joseph medal – all on the same chain because I hate multiple chains around my neck. Also a brown scapular. Couldn’t vote for obvious reasons. 🙂

I wear a crucifix, miraculous medal, and a Medjugorje medal. I wear them inside my outer garments, so others do not see them. A friend once told me that she does not wear any jewelry symbols of her Christianity, because she wants people to recognize her as a Christian by the witness of her behavior. That’s my goal, too, and I wish I did a better job!

I wear a small silver cross and a red clay cross from a Taize monastary in France, both on one chain. Together, they remind me of Christ’s Passion (the red cross) and his glorious Ressurection (the silver cross).
