I voted for crucifix because that’s the first thing that went around my neck. Then I went into my little collection of medals inherited from my mom ( I have a large handful of them) and picked out 2 that were very special to me and added these to the gold chain that holds my crucifix.

So, on my jewelry grade crucifix and chain I also have 2 silver coloured medals. The first is one of the Sacred Heart of Jesus with the reverse being of the Holy Spirit (dove). I’ve been praying the Holy Spirit for assistance lately as well as doing the Divine Mercy hour.

The other medal was chosen specifically because of the troubles of the Church lately and it reminds me not to forget our priests. This medal says “O Mary Queen of the Clergy” on one side and the other side has this prayer behind it

O Mary protectress of the hiearchy of Holy Church
Obtain for us holy priests who will glorify God and save souls

It kind of makes the chain stand out a bit but I also find that in this way, it shows others that I don’t wear my crucifix only for its beauty and jewelry quality.

Lost, What is a quantum pendant?
It’s more a health/sports related item. Its said to use a certain radiation that is beneficial to the body (putting it to my head actually soothes my headaches). My dad sells them (quite profitable too I hear). He gave me one because I spend so much time in front of a computer. :o I hear even athletes find them beneficial.

I wear a brown scapular that also has a crucifix and benedictine medal on it. And I also wear a hemp necklace that has a St. Michael medal and Miraculous Medal on it.

I usually don’t wear anything…My fingers just don’t work like they used to and those little C clasps are aggrevating. 🙂
but I will on occasion wear a crucifix and I have another favorite piece I wear when going out which is a heart.

I wear a combination of a scapular, plus a necklace. The necklace is either a St. Benedict crucifix, a pewter crucifix, or one of my two Miraculous Medals.

I wear the Jerusalem cross, which I picked up in Bethlehem in 2008.

I wear either a miraculous medal or a crucifix. Sometimes I wear both.

I wear a simple wooden Cross, Our Lady of Guadalupe Medal (from Cursillo), and my Cursillo Crucifix

I wear a Brown Scapular, and A cord rosary, and a St. Benedict Medal, as well as a medal of our Blessed Lady(Medal of Our Lady of the Roses).👍

When in the Holy Land I bought a lovely Jerusalem Cross representing the 3 main religions guarding the Holy sites. It is green and and very beautiful. When doing voluntary work in an old folks home some of the ladies would catch it and kiss it which I thought wonderful.

I also wear the brown scapulor.

God Bless 🙂

I rarely wear anything as my nurslings have a tendency to pull them very hard.

I understand this completely! I only occasionally wear chain necklaces… talk about painful! 😃 I have a medal of Our Lady of Providence that I sometimes wear on a satin cord, and I wear a Brown Scapular. My little one (20 mos.) likes to play with it while he nurses. I thought he was very pious as he would rub it on his cheek while nursing, but then I realized he was pretending it was a phone… he said, “Bye-bye, Daddy” and set it down. 😃

Hello,
I’m a Secular Franciscan, so I wear my Tau. For a member of the SFO, this is equal to a First Order wearing his Robes.

I have the other half of a Mizpah coin that I bought for my husband’s birthday.

I have two chains.
The Gold “Outside” chain, which has a gold crucifix, which I wear out of my clothing. (My Grandma Gave it to me)
On the inside chain I wear: A Miraculous Medal, A St. Michael the Archangel/Guardian Angel medal, St. Anthony with a Third Class Relic, Papal Crucifix, Our Lady of Fátima Medal also with Third Class Relic, St. Patrick/St. Bridget medal, and a I am a Catholic medal with the crucifixion scene on the front.

Although, with all of my St. Medals, they’ll have no problem figuring out I’m catholic. 🤷

As wear a wooden Cross, Cursillo Cross outside, and Our Lady of Guadalupe Medal. I almost always wear my Fourth Degree pin on my jacket.

I wear a Medal of the Blessed Mother, and am not even fully inducted into the Church yet!
I am however truly committed to being Catholic and spend an hour in front of the Blessed Sacrement every Sundayin contemplative prayer for my soul, my family and my nation.

For school, I wear a St. Benedict’s crucifix with another medal that I tend to change out every day outside of my uniform. I got it on my Confirmation from my sponsor.

But

I have another crucifix that I got at a very special retreat that really helped me turn my life around. It was blessed by a St. Therese of Lisiuex relic. This one dosen’t fit outside of my uniform, so every other day I’m wearing this one.
