Ok, we all have one, that favorite movie we love, you know, your going through the t.v. channels and there is your favorite movie, ya know you’ve seen it a zillion times but, ya gotta stop and watch it again…what is that one show that gets ya everytime?

I’ll start…

my have to watch it show is " Gone with the wind" and thankgoodness it isn’t played very often on television, I’d be watching it all the time, I’ve loved it since I was a little girl and I love it to this day.

Ok, who is next?? 😃

Bruce Cambell in “Army of Darkness”. A “B” movie (if that even) granted but, still a classic (in my mind) that I grew up with as a child. Didn’t care much for the two movies before it.

“Dusk till Dawn” featuring Terintino and I can’t remeber his name but, he was in “Oceans 11” & “’'12” and in the “E.R.” series. The name will come back too me. But, it had really subtle humor that only young immature men can enjoy. But, that comes in a distant second.

I haven’t seen any “A” movies in a while that were all that good.

George Clooney 😃 Yep, I actually find dusk till dawn pretty amusing, I can’t help but laugh at that one, I never thought I would like it but found myself actually not minding it 😃

As I stated in a thread similar to this one: The Passion of the Christ

My favorite movie of all time is Jesus of Nazareth, directed by Franco Zeffirelli.:bounce:

Oh I saw that one 2 weeks ago, my daughter and I stayed up late to see it and it was well worth it too 👍

Hmm, I’d have to say “The Sixth Sense”. It’s a great, scary movie!!! 👍
(Directed by M. Night Shyamalan, main actors are Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment)

If I could pick only one…hands down “Dr. Zhivago”

The Outlaw Josey Wales

I’ve seen it about 100 times on broadcast t.v., but for some reason, now that I bought the DVD I never seem to watch it anymore.

Singing in the Rain

First time I saw it, my friend made me stay up and watch it (this was in high school and she was spending the night with me). I was exhausted and was looking forward to some sleep, but I stayed up anyway…its been my favorite ever since!

Even my kids are enjoying it!

The Lord of the Rings. When I heard live action films were going to be made of my favorite book I was afraid they would be disappointing at the best and a disaster at the worst, but instead I found them charming, moving, well-scripted and played, and beautifully filmed (the costumes alone are worth every moment of screen time!). Yup, I’m good and hooked on them. Up until they came out I would have said The Song of Bernadette, but it is still one of my all time faves and always will be. 😃

I guess my favorite movie, or at least the one I have watched the most times, is “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World”.
