What is your favorite television/cable show/series of everything that is out there?

Amy, I really enjoy Without a Trace. It sure puts you at the edge of your seat!

Love L&O too and I am SOOOOO bummed that Jerry Orbach died. I just loved him in this series. I was really looking forward to his new show. :crying:

To all you girls who are watching soap operas… :tsktsk: …GGGGaaaaaaggggg!!! Shame on you. We are going to have to reform you!!! 😉

I made a promise to myself to only watch 2 hours or less of TV a day. That still seems like too much to me. And I never leave it on simply to “graze” or surf. No surfing allowed!

My favorites are:

Hannity and Colmes
Life on the Rock (EWTN)
Everybody Loves Raymond.
Dressage Unlimited (RFDTV)

And then if there is a good hunting show on OLN or the Outdoor Channel we watch that - Or NASCAR. Can’t wait till it’s NASCAR season again!!

I rarely watch TV because of all the liberal biased media and programing.
BUT
when I rarely do
I only watch the Simpsons.

I used to be addicted to Y & R…I check in once or twice a week to see what’s going on now…sometimes not even that often…I can remember when I used to tape it years ago so I could watch it when I got out of work…!:bigyikes:

My mother used to watch that show in the 80s and early 90s, thank The Lord she doesn’t anymore! I couldn’t stand the soaps. She’s watch Days of Our Life, I still remember the hour glass.
 
Seinfeld- My all time favorite. Nothing will ever come close.

Everybody loves Raymond- It’s just like my husbands family, only he has a sister, still much like Robert.

Malcolm in the Middle - It’s exactly like my family.

YIKES!!!

My husband likes all of these, plus the Law and Order series. We used to watch monk, but we got rid of cable all together. Now we just have the basic 6.

Yes, Jerry Orbach died this week. He had left the regular L&O earlier this season, and was going to appear on L&O jury by trial. I believe it was prostate cancer. A lot of folks will miss him. He was a L&O icon.
 
I try not to miss LOST. It is one of the best new shows to come along in a long, long time! I also watch Joan of Arcadia, Cold Case (the CBS drama, not Cold Case Files on A&E, although I do like that one, too), and NCIS. I also LOVE King of the Hill. My roommate and I both love it-- Bobby is too funny.
 
I recently added another show to my addictions…OMG…I cannot believe how great a show SMALLVILLE is! The acting, the stories, the sci fi fantasy elements…the production values…WOW! PLEASE…may those writers and producers be treated well!

Everybody Loves Raymond: This is the last season…darn…

King Of Queens: Awesome sitcom…and like Laverne and Shirely when they were on the air…TOTALLY IGNORED when it comes to awards.

Will & Grace: I like it…and dont care if they are shallow, gay and slutty…it cracks me up and I like to laugh.

Joey: Not too bad… a few shows were so so, but if given a chance…it should be good.

Still Standing…pretty good for some laughs

Sopranos… Incredible…

I also got hooked on DOG Bounty Hunter…its so bizarre…but cool…it craks me up how they pray to Jesus before a bust and then get all pumped up and kick butt and swear, etc…its a riot.

The Simpsons: Yep…I may have to about 12.2 seconds in Purgatory for watching this evil show

Southpark: 22.3 seconds in purgatory…

The new show with John Goodman…Center of the Universe has promise, but he needs to lose weight…he’s the fatest he has EVER BEEN and its uncomfortable watching him

All in all…sounds like alot, but its only like 6 hours a WEEK of tv watching

Yeah, I’m really looking forward to the return of BG.
I love Sci-fi and action stuff. I got the whole Lethal Weapon series on dvd for Christmas. I have all of Space:Above and Beyond on tape & was really bummed when they took it off.

My beloved almost never misses The Iron Chef and I watch it just to please her and to make fun of the ditsy voiices they give to the panel
