The post of yours to which Mirdath was replying did none of those things–it appealed to the behavior of some Muslims to show that the “religion of peace” label was false. Again, you are shifting the ground, refusing to defend what you actually wrote and starting a completely different discussion instead.The way to evaluate whether a belief system is good or bad is to read the foundational books, the manuscripts that define the creed…the scripture that was carefully written to explain the norms and the intent of those who established it.
The problem with your claim in this post is that any sacred text (or any text at all) will say very different things depending on how one interprets it. You and I have no business as Christians telling Muslims how to interpret their sacred writings, any more than non-Christians have any business telling us how to interpret ours.
