What to do, if anything?

Perhaps let them come over, but make them sleep in different rooms. It’s your house, so you make the rules.

Bring back the shunning!

Everyone, quick grab a stone!

Now if you will excuse me I have to go and pick up a scarlet “A” from the cleaners…

Oh, wait… were suppose to love our neighbor?..well, never mind…

I’ll just worry about this log in my own eye instead
Right. I think when you start looking at other peoples sins you might begin to forget your own.

Nope, no religion at all.
My family growing up was scientific, secular. I doubt either of my parents were even baptized as infants…might be wrong, but I doubt it.

I’m the only one with any interest in any religion. I came into the Church in my early 20s.

In nearly all situations, I’m woke.
But in my house, I get to set my rules. Life isn’t just one big hug-fest of acceptance with no parameters.
And yes, Jesus dined with prostitutes and tax collectors. But he also said, “I am the way, the truth and the life…” It wasn’t a message of “I’m ok, you’re ok.”

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, 33 and he will put the sheep at his right hand and the goats at the left. 34 Then the king will say to those at his right hand, ‘Come, you that are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; 35 for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when was it that we saw you hungry and gave you food, or thirsty and gave you something to drink? 38 And when was it that we saw you a stranger and welcomed you, or naked and gave you clothing? 39 And when was it that we saw you sick or in prison and visited you?’ 40 And the king will answer them, ‘Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family,[g] you did it to me.’ 41 Then he will say to those at his left hand, ‘You that are accursed, depart from me into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels; 42 for I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not give me clothing, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ 44 Then they also will answer, ‘Lord, when was it that we saw you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not take care of you?’ 45 Then he will answer them, ‘Truly I tell you, just as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’ 46 And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

That is the highest and most profitable lesson, when a man truly knoweth and judgeth lowly of himself. To account nothing of one’s self, and to think always kindly and highly of others, this is great and perfect wisdom. Even shouldest thou see thy neighbor sin openly or grievously, yet thou oughtest not to reckon thyself better than he, for thou knowest not how long thou shalt keep thine integrity. All of us are weak and frail; hold thou no man more frail than thyself.”
― Thomas à Kempis, The Imitation of Christ

I have huge love for my siblings. There are a lot of us and we are each very different from each other. But I can’t get enough of any of them. So I would never turn my sibling away to a hotel. Partners come and go. Spouses come and go. Maybe it isn’t the way we would like it to be, but it is a fact of life. If my sibling has a partner, then I accept the partner. Thank goodness there has never been a situation of a partner abusing my sibling. In that case, I would have to approach my sibling about what I am seeing and try to convince them of the bad situation. Then I would tell them I love them and that I will help them however I can. (Not that it applies to this OP, but just thought I would add that).

My sibling would have to be doing something really evil that was bringing harm to another person before I would tell them they weren’t welcome to stay at my house. Sharing their life in an intimate way with someone else doesn’t rise to that level, at all. Even if I don’t like or approve of the other person.

That is just me. Not everyone feels the same love for their siblings. I say it is your house, do what you want.

If you have children or even if you don’t, no way would I permit this for a family get together. If there was a hurricane or an emergency then my door would be open to them ,but no sleeping in the same room together. Scandal is scandal even if all they did through the night was play scrabble. And that goes if my sister was living with a guy without being married. Prayers for you.
And if one day, unexpectedly they knocked on our door and it wasn’t a family day planned, yes, I would invite them in, feed them and pray for their conversion.
