What's the difference between Mormons and Jehovah's witnesses?

WRONG! Constantine did not evoke Christianity the national religion of Rome. He merely allowed Christians to worship freely minus persecution. It is called the Edict of Milan in 313…please study actual accurate history from primary sources,not some bogus second hand source.

This doesn’t really sound like you can just read Scripture and discern for yourself!

Here’s an interesting fact I just read from the same site:

Witnesses believe that Satan is the ruler of the current world order, that human society is influenced and misled by Satan and his demons, and that they are a cause of human suffering. They believe that human governments are controlled by Satan, but that he does not directly control each human ruler.”

This is true, so show me where I have used his scripture incorrectly? In order to know if someone is stating truth you must test it against the scriptures all of them and make sure it is consistent.

This is the Biblical way:

1 John 4

1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

How does one test the spirit?

V6 gives the answer…6 We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit[a] of truth and the spirit of falsehood.
 
I was once involved in a short discussion with a JW. I asked since we both agree there is only one God, then why does God need a proper name like Jehovah at all, what other Gods are there to distinguish God or Jehovah from?

She too became frustrated and began to deflect as Mr AD has.

I have the impression that cultists just memorise answers to commonly asked questions, their theology is a mile wide and an inch deep.

When you go off the script they often become frustrated and clam up.

I started explaining to you what I have actually studied for myself and scriptures I personally believe in or found undeniable. Then everyone instead of looking at the scriptures as GOD’s word want me to speak for the organization in order to validate the reason why you clinge to your Catholic faith. Maintaining that no matter what you do it is valid because Catholicism is oldest of the religions.

Lets just look at scriptures and eliminate the domination…

Everyone from Genesis let us research the first 7 chapters of Genesis…If you are serious about GOD? No interpretation just reading…
