And very healthy!

An injection of carbocaine with epinephrine will make me feel like that for hours, B-Boost vitamins, too. Coffee and tea have never done that, not to that degree! LOL I hate that feeling! It’s not nervousness, but it’s sure not relaxation, either. Before I try B-Boost again, I might try silverbeet. I’ve never heard of it, though, really don’t know what it is. Is it anything like regular beets?I have a big bunch of Silverbeet from my mum’s garden to eat ,it never fails to pick me up!
The last time I had a reaction to shellfish they pumped me full of that I felt like I was stuck in high gear. They also gave me an antihistamine shot which made me sleepy. on one had I was all revved up, sleepy and covered with the itchy hives. Bleech.with epinephrine

The blue flowered bush is very busy with bees today. An apple tree in the background.
Not only have I seen them in the snow, but even when the temp. is below freezing. The ones in my back yard often start showing up (not blooming) in Feb. which is the middle of winter in these parts/n the Midwest, one can often see daffodils in the snow.
