why is she waiting for him to pay child support? she can through the courts have is wages automaticvally garnished for his child support and then the state sends her the money…I do this in regards to my child support…never late and if he does not have the money he gets thrown in jail

As to your sisters lawyer…SHE NEEDS TO GET A NEW ONE!

He did have his pay automatically garnished but now he is self-employed and this is what he has told the state and so he has to go to the courthouse, where this office is located, and pay with cash and when the state gets it, they deposit it into my sister’s bank account. The State of Florida allows for this and they don’t consider you late until 15 days pass and not payment is made. Even after that, they can take your drivers license away, but before they do that they will write you a letter and you have even more time to pay before they do take it away. I looked up the law myself and read it. There is lots of room to take you time in paying child support. He is also in deliquent of not paying $1500.00 of child support and all the state did was put this letter of delinquency on his permanent records. Nothing got done about it. I did look up his information on the internet for our country and sure enough it is on his records. What does that do? Nothing.

I know that some of you are probably sick of hearing of this matter, but please continue to pray for my niece, Marissa, and my nephew, Luis. The children have reported excessive fighting and yelling in their dad’s household. They say they are sick of it. Marissa told us that she overheard this Thanksgiving holiday at her dads, her stepsister and her mother argue about her mother. The stepsister called her mom a bitch for interfering in Marissa’s and Luis’ counseling sessions. She disagrees with what her mom is doing. The mom did tell her that it was none of her business, but she yelled back to her that it was none of her business either since they are not her children. Apparently, my ex BIL was there listening is voiced that he is so tired of always yelling and arguing in that family. He is tired of all the anger. My niece have told me that they do end up fighting a lot and have even thrown things to each other. It is not a safe place over there, but unless the judge himself does something, my sister can’t do anything anymore for it is her childs’ word against two of them. I wished the teenagers would testify to what really goes on in that household for they lie so much and say they have a great and happy home. This same teenager told my niece that her dad and her mother fight so much when they are not visiting that she doesn’t give them much longer before they break up.

We have not heard from the judge yet, but this past weekends arguement shows that my ex BIL and his wife have not intention of obeying the court order psychologist. They have not given the names of any counselors to their attorney who is to give it to my sister’s attorney. My sister’s attorney did address this in a letter to the judge. I pray for a miracle and that the judge will finally see that maybe these two cops are lying. He must know that by the father not giving his permission to Marissa’s counselor to testify that he has something to hide. Please continue to pray. The kids are accepting the situation better and not complaining so much, but Marissa is keeping a lot of what goes on over there to herself. She is already treading going to her dad’s for one week during Christmas vacation. She is now being humorous in the arguments that happen at her dads and say they are all acting silly and stupid. She is the one who noted that they need Jesus in their lives.
