As I am a person of Polish ethnicity (although I’ve never been there myself) I sympathize with your sensibilities about the Russian government.

The person you have quoted (Sanfilippo) in the first post is a pro-homosexual activist. You only have to read his writings. He is not a fanatic of Russkiy Mir. He is a fanatic opponent against His Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus and against the Holy Russian Orthodox Church which strongly opposes same sex marriage.
 
Today, Polish educated youth in Western Europe can freely work for global companies and earn more than Western Europeans.
And in Ukraine, instead, dozens of new cemeteries and thousands of war people with disabilities. The hand of the KGB of the common scum( that you glorify) decides the fate of many millions of young people.

Putin certainly has plan B, plan C, and of course he is investing in propaganda in Ukraine. Media war is very profitable, there is less cost than tanks and shells. ROC, Putin uses as a tool.
And forces you to believe Ruskiy Mir fables about Ukraine.

According to Russian media resources (veiled by Ukrainian) in Ukraine are already leading - Tymoshenko and Zeensky, ahead of the current president. Firstly, I think that this is a lie, and secondly, I have no doubt that both Tymoshenko and Zelensky are pro-Kremlin projects.
The situation in Ukraine is quite serious, because the capitulation of Ukraine in this war and a friendly rapprochement with the Kremlin will not lead to anything good.
The Kremlin uses both its fifth column among religious supporters, and its bribed puppets among olegarchy to keep Ukraine in its sphere of influence.

We are in agreement about the Russian people. However, this discussion is mainly about Russian imperialism, which the ROC and Putin equate with patriotism. Ukraine is not the property of the ROC or Mat’ rodnaya.

It explained how the Soviet process of s single candidate was far more democratic than the western states . . ,

Yes, that is what it reminds me of. Austria wanted to be a part of Germany and voted to join, yet it was portrayed as German aggression. Just like the Sudetenland and Danzig were German, not Czech or Polish. Same thing with Crimea. Russia annexes it but is portrayed as aggressive. However, I would not call it the Second Anschluss, as that is a German word and we are Russian. President Putin is the best President in the world right now. Read Russian Faith and Russia Insider.
