Again, could heaven be in the faaaaaar distances of the universe?
Catechism on “new heavens and a new earth”
1042 At the end of time, the Kingdom of God will come in its fullness. After the universal judgment, the righteous will reign for ever with Christ, glorified in body and soul. The universe itself will be renewed:

The Church . . . will receive her perfection only in the glory of heaven, when will come the time of the renewal of all things. At that time, together with the human race, the universe itself, which is so closely related to man and which attains its destiny through him, will be perfectly re-established in Christ. 631

1043 Sacred Scripture calls this mysterious renewal, which will transform humanity and the world, “new heavens and a new earth.” 632 It will be the definitive realization of God’s plan to bring under a single head “all things in [Christ], things in heaven and things on earth.” 633

1044 In this new universe, the heavenly Jerusalem, God will have his dwelling among men. 634 “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.” 635

631 LG 48; Cf. Acts 3:21; Eph 1:10; Col 1:20; 2 Pet 3:10-13.
632 2 Pet 3:13; Cf. Rev 21:1.
633 Eph 1:10.
634 Cf. Rev 21:5.
635 Rev 21:4.

There is more than one meaning of heaven, so it all depends.

Catechism
326 The Scriptural expression “heaven and earth” means all that exists, creation in its entirety. It also indicates the bond, deep within creation, that both unites heaven and earth and distinguishes the one from the other: “the earth” is the world of men, while “heaven” or “the heavens” can designate both the firmament and God’s own “place” - “our Father in heaven” and consequently the “heaven” too which is eschatological glory. Finally, “heaven” refers to the saints and the “place” of the spiritual creatures, the angels, who surround God. 186

186 Ps 115:16; 19:2; Mt 5:16.

I mean where Jesus, Mary and some say Enoch and Elijah, which I don’t buy.

I suppose it depends on whether you use the definition before the Enlightenment or that used aftwerwards.
Which definition do you refer to?

Not limited by space and time.

Catechism
646 Christ’s Resurrection was not a return to earthly life, as was the case with the raisings from the dead that he had performed before Easter: Jairus’ daughter, the young man of Naim, Lazarus. These actions were miraculous events, but the persons miraculously raised returned by Jesus’ power to ordinary earthly life. At some particular moment they would die again. Christ’s Resurrection is essentially different. In his risen body he passes from the state of death to another life beyond time and space. At Jesus’ Resurrection his body is filled with the power of the Holy Spirit: he shares the divine life in his glorious state, so that St. Paul can say that Christ is “the man of heaven”.512

In his risen body he passes from the state of death to another life beyond time and space.
Christ “In his risen body he passes from the state of death to another life beyond time and space.”

Like another realm or dimension that may or may not be in the far reaches of our universe?

If its at the far reaches why also posit its in another realm … its just at the far reaches.
But it isn’t of course.

I thought that a universe by definition was supposed to include everything that exists?
God is outside of space and time. The universal holds all of space and time.

So heaven is outside the universe?
God is in heaven, and God is outside of space and time, thus he must be out of the universe. Also as C.S. Lewis said, along the lines of, ‘to expect to find God as a piece inside the framework which He Himself created is nonsensical’, every builder stands above and outside of their creation.

God put Himself into creation in the divine person of our lord Jesus Christ.

I hope this has helped

God Bless

Thank you for reading
