I agree nothing will happen…but I don’t think, because of his status as an active duty member of the military he can sue…filing suit is more the modus operandi of the Impeached-in-Chief than an honorable military hero.

You really should read more than the headlines. Both Vindmans were due to be reassigned in a few months anyway. They were not fired but reassigned by the DOD. They keep their jobs and their rank, they will just work in another location doing a different job.

Yeah, and it was “a perfect phone call”…LOL

In my 20 year military career, when I was transferred because my tour was up, I never recall being escorted from my command by security and being told “Your services are no longer needed”.

Never had a CO who violated the Constitution that he and I both took oaths to support, protect, and defend…had I, I would like to think I would have been as honorable as the LTCol was in standing up to the Impeached-in-Chief.
 
It’s not exactly supportive of the Constitution to entangle yourself in illegal wars.
 
You took an oath to support the Constitution and you don’t know?
 
From what I’ve learned over the course of Mr. Trump’s administration, is that he fires people who deserve to be fired. And Vindman definitely deserved it. So did Comey, Bolton, Kelly, and the others he terminated. These people serve at the pleasure of the President. He has every right to fire them, and from what I’ve seen, he has always had a good reason for doing so.

Trump said THEY fired them.

Yes of course the President would know. He has briefings.

But what evidence do you have that these guys were even fired by President Trump??
