But I know most have not, and the point will be made.
If you would like to pretzel logic this until otherwise, feel free. I can see that people in this thread are quite adept at ignoring logical fallacy.

The question I am left with is “to what end?”
We are going to ignore physics…ignore science in general…ignore logical inconsistency.
And for what exactly?
Surely the mental exercise is lost once it ceases to bear upon reality.

It seems that you’re taking the discussion in a direction different than your original assertion. Now, you’re asserting problems which, a priori, are known to be unsolvable. If that’s what you want to do, in order to justify your comments, be my guest. It seems rather a straw man, however.

Au contraire. I specified, but not by name. If I said “thoracic surgeons”, it would be ludicrous to suggest that I didn’t specify them if I didn’t list them by name.
