I would have to say Fr. Corapi. He tells it like it is. There is a priest in the religious order that assists at my parish that is the same way (albeit not as fiery as Fr. Corapi)
He’s the one I refer to as ‘Fadda Puppy Dog.’Fr Anthony is the one who had the daily mass yesterday. he mentioned the priests and brothers were on retreat and that’s why there was a visiting priest (I like him too). the mass is usually on three times a day here in Maryland, 8am (live), noon, and 7pm.
He’s got that Look—and I THINK he may have referred to himself in that way during the course of one of his delightful homilies.why do you refer to Fr Anthony as “Fadda Puppu Dog” ?
I like both Fr. Corapi and Fr. Groeschel.Who is Your Favorite EWTN Priest wo regularly celebrates the Mass on TV?
I like Fr. Pacwa too, but he has to get rid of that ridiculous rug he wears. I always notice it and then I can’t focus on anything else!Apparently Frs. Shaughnessy and Francis have moved on…
I like Fr. Mitch because he’s so darned smart, yet down to earth and easy to understand…
Picky, picky, picky, I never noticed and couldn’t care less. He is great and so knowledgeable and thats what really matters. Get over it.I like Fr. Pacwa too, but he has to get rid of that ridiculous rug he wears. I always notice it and then I can’t focus on anything else!
Whats wrong with having a littla fun, besides if they are here they have enough to say about us as it is, that oughta keep them busy for a few thousand years. Its kept them busy for 500 already.I don’t think anything nasty was meant by Fr. wearing a “rug”. Just a figure of speech. We really don’t want to get nasty with one another either, less a non-Catholic peeks in here and notices our snippiness.
Thanks, Mom, I wasn’t intentionally being nasty. I really like the guy and have no objections to his belts or boots, it’s just his “hair”. He’s such a cool guy he would look good (better) without the rug. Sorry if I offended anyone.I don’t think anything nasty was meant by Fr. wearing a “rug”. Just a figure of speech. Hey, now you lay off Fr. Groeschel’s hair (or lack thereof). His beard is beautiful. He looks just like a kindly Grandpa, I could just hug and hug. (He has stated he doesn’t like to be hugged or kissed, but I love him anyway)Thanks, Mom, I wasn’t intentionally being nasty. I admit, he almost certainly has better hair than Fr. Groschel!
Off the air, Fr. Mitch usually wears a cowboy hat. Thanks, Mom, I wasn’t intentionally being nasty. I really like the guy and have no objections to his belts or boots, it’s just his “hair”. He’s such a cool guy he would look good (better) without the rug. Sorry if I offended anyone.
