But all His alleged acomishments are because he is black. The truth is he has spent his whole life getting elected to jobs he is not qualified to hold. You may consider that to be an accomplishment. I do not.

Yep, that’s what we are told. However, nobody can seem to explain how someone not smart enough to get into Harvard, graduated Harvard Magna Cum Laude. If OU requires a GPA of 3.7, I can not imagine the requirements for Harvard Law.

He’s extremely intelligent. I don’t even think he’s a great President, but I acknowledge that he is intelligent

His accomplishments do not revolve around him being black. First off, I list that he became President and managed to stop Bin Laden. Those have nothing to do with skin colour.

Secondly, with respect to skin colour, it is an truly great accomplishment for all blacks in America to overcome racial barriers. But his accomplishments in life are not based on him solely being black

Most people are happy to show their academic records.

[If he’s so intelligent, how come he uses a teleprompter every time he speaks? Not to mention the time he read the wrong speech … he read the speech that was to be given by another person.]

I’ve debated myself on his intelligence and have come to varying conclusions. If he is intelligent, he has made some really stupid decisions in life and is obviously
very lucky to be where he is now.
 
Voted Pawlenty this time around… There are still a few candidates I like, but worry about their electability. Cain won’t get the nomination, and Paul probably won’t either, which I find sad. I wish Chris Christie would run, but I don’t think he will…I would have voted Huckabee, and I’d like to see him on the ticket as VP at least…

I like you Monte and you seem smart, but this is a little silly. The teleprompter is no different than if he was reading his speech on his podium like many of us do. The teleprompter is to help the speaker’s projection because when speaking to an audience, and especially when speaking on TV, eye contact is vitally important for projection
Not to mention the time he read the wrong speech … he read the speech that was to be given by another person.

The academic records are probable none of our business, but they were demanded of Bush and to the amazement of the libs, Bush had better grades than Al Gore. We just do not hold Obama to the same standard others have been held to.

The President of the United States is not a personal private person citizen. Everything should be open.

Do your own checking on Obama’s teleprompter use. He almost NEVER speaks extemporaneously. [Well, he did once or twice … and all we got was a long collection of stammers.] People used to comment on it but just gave up. Other presidents spoke frequently off the cuff, but not BHO.
