Obviously a modern Jew will never admit guilt for the death of Christ, considering that they weren’t even there, and their ancestors were probably not even there. Why should a Jew born today be held responsible any more than the degree of responsibility that we all share for being sinners?

Again, I am not blaming the Jews of today. I blame them 2,000 years ago (along with Pilate).

I would like to know why people cannot have a different opinion about the Holocaust without being condemned for it. Many people don’t even believe there were even that many Jews in Germany at that time. If someone else wants to think and believe that the number was different, he has every right to do so without being ridiculed about it.
What about the Jewish couple who lied about even meeting at the Holocaust? They went on to write this wonderful love story about the Holocaust and it turned out they were never even there! They went on Oprah and lied to her and lied to the media about their story. What about them? What about the millions of Christians who were murdered during the Holocaust? Gypsys?
Although I agree the Jews were in fact targeted victims, others also perished. Why not talk about these victims?
Don’t get me wrong, it was a terrible awful catastrophic event that should of never happened and I feel for the Jews, but people have a right to have a different view about it and not be ridiculed for it.

While their are MANY interepations of TRUTH, only ONE, only ONE is **THEE TRUTH!/U] So why do people have this “right?” It is a usurption, something that exist in ones understanding, but it is not the truth, therefore no “right” exist.

You are correct that one can’t be part jewish.

OTCA, yes you CAN hold, state, proclaim a “different view” of it. However you cannot hold, state proclaim a different view of it and call it Catholic - because it is NOT Catholic teaching.

I think that the rule was a minimum of 3 grandparents, under the 1935 Nuremberg Race Laws, two grandparents was a mixed breed. But I am no expert; I could be wrong.

I think they are an old Jewish couple that have been on every talk show and that they lied to the world. What the heck does that have to do with Holocaust denial? That fact that they lied about what happened to them in WWII means the Shoah never happened? And for the record, they did not fool everyone, did they? In fact, they were exposed because facts that they alleged were clearly made up.

Perhaps it’s relevant in that it shows that too often people aren’t held accountable for things they say.

To be honest, when I read Bp. Williamson’s apology (or whatever you call it), it sounds to me like he’s actually surprised that he’s being held accountable for the outrageous things he said.

Think about it. A “partial” Jew can be any descendant of the Old Testament Jew, can’t he, even if he or she doesn’t know it. And then include all the Jewish women who converted to Catholicism. Catholicism has very deep roots, after all. So if Hitler killed 10 million, a number many historians can probably agree on, one can easily make a case that six million were Jews. But that doesn’t mean that there were all Jews in the religious or practicing sense.
