But what am I to do with all the lying and fraud? The self-adoration? And as a surgeon for decades, his choices managing Covid have cost enormous numbers of lives.
Most of the alleged “lies” are simply differences of opinion. He probably is as big an ego as he seems, but I think “self-adoration” is excessive. A lot of that is joking anyway. But I didn’t vote for him for a drinking buddy. I appreciate his actual acitons, not his bluster. He seems to be the last friend Catholicism has in that office, or that is likely to come.

As to Covid, I realize Dems blame the deaths on him notwithstanding that they opposed every step he took to protect the populace from it, and notwithstanding that the “experts” often did not agree with each other or with their later positions. It should also be noted that the U.S. does not have the highest death rate, and will probably drop comparatively since Europe is now undergoing a “second wave” of infections.

Political leaders have to walk a tightrope in situations like this. They can’t crash the economy for the sake of marginal reduction in disease transmission, nor can they be totally passive concerning disease for the sake of the economy.

And “second guessing” is easiest of all.
Trump trumps CDC, WHO and all the other medical experts? Huh? State Health Experts? Governors?
CDC has changed its position more than once. WHO cannot be trusted and misled the world on the transmissibility of the virus. Trump has received praise from otherwise hostile Dem governors like Cuomo, Murphy and Newsom for the help he has given their states.

One should not readily believe what the Democrat media says in its 24/7 political broadcasts.
