Those layman where the ones making the laws, Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin, etc.
Yeah, you’ve completely misread what I said. I suggest you re-read what I wrote else it looks like your setting up a strawman.
Oh if abortion (definition - to terminate - in this case to terminate a human fetus) is not genocide than please tell us what it is.

Oops. Would seem you are completely off in both your comparison, and your definitions.
A fetus is an independent person, you are right that **he needs some help him **just as you did and I did. Just as my seven year old son does or just as my 85 year old grandmother does, just as the comatose person does.
You just contradicted yourself. And just to highlight, you can put up your son for adoption, give care of your grandmother over to a home, or the comatose person in the care of a medical facility. Forcing you to take care of any of the above is a infringement on you. Ditto goes for forcing women thru their pregnancies.
God is the author of life and so He can do as he pleases with His creatures.
Shame the West isnt run by theocracies in which such a statement would hold any sort of legal weight.
Like I pointed out before terminating - aborting an independent life one that is not like any other is murder and doing it in mass is a genocide and we should look at history to see the deviation it causes.
It is not like murder nor genocide. Equating it results in non-sequiters. Saying it’ll lead to other things without a shred of evidence is a slipperly slope fallacy.
The same dictionaries, courts, encyclopedia etc, all agreed with you at on time, until justice finally pulled through and put a stop to the killing.
You sure do love your slippery slopes.
Claiming it wasn’t murder in the face of a mountain of evidence (and died bodies) is evidence of insanity.
I see your faith goggles have blinded you to reality.
