They have governments. Corrupt governments.Go live in Somalia or Haiti. There you do not have to worry about any government.
Why throw in red herrings? Let’s talk about why socialism is bad for America.

Socialism is bad. I never said it was good. But what got me involved is when those who say government has no role what so ever. That is simply not true. Even our Catechsim and Scripture support the government role towards the people. They have governments. Corrupt governments.

“Increase of taxation on high income levels, of corporation taxes and inheritance taxes, the proceeds to be used for old age pensions and other forms of social insurance.”
You could have fooled me!Socialism is bad. I never said it was good. But what got me involved is when those who say government has no role what so ever. That is simply not true. Even our Catechsim and Scripture support the government role towards the people.
Yea, I think there’s some corruption in our government. I believe in limited government. The more you keep it on the local level, the easier it is to hold people accountable.Speaking of corrupt, are is not corrupt? We do not have socialism but we do not have capitalism either. I would suggest we are living in a Corporatocracy.
I disagree, depending on what is meant by socialism. The extreme form such as was the fact in the Soviet Union, yes, this form does not work very well. However, the extreme form of capitalism, where you have control of the whole world in the hands of a few oligarchs and their monopolies is also not good. There is something in between which is to be preferred.Socialism is bad. .
The last time I checked, the USA rate of inflation was below 3%, which is not high at all, considering what is has been in other countries. Also, it is difficult to compare tax rates of one country relative to another, but I beleive that there are many countires with higher taxes than the USA.We have both high taxes and high inflation. .
Let’s keep it that way!The last time I checked, the USA rate of inflation was below 3%, which is not high at all, considering what is has been in other countries. I agree that we have degrees of socialism which we can not avoid having. Government is to act as the safeguard of the citizens (General Welfare).I disagree, depending on what is meant by socialism. Right now that is mainly artificial. Mainly due to artifically low interest rates given to the bank (0%). The banks have sat on that money, and investing on treasuries instead of loaning out to small - medium business. Now if they begin to use that money and begin doling it out the open market you will see the dollar tank and inflation. The last time I checked, the USA rate of inflation was below 3%, which is not high at all, considering what is has been in other countries. It is more like the Corporations own our government. That is Corporatocracy. Not literally owning it but buying it with their political donations. Now the Supreme Court may this month give Corporations the same rights as a person like you and I.You could have fooled me!

I’m not sure I agree with Corporatocracy, but certainly our government owns too much in some major corporations. Bush started it, and Obama trumped him.
Have you spoken to Satan about this? Did Satan make some sort of declaration recently?Amend! Unfortunately for us, Satan wants a one-world government and we are going along with Satan’s plan.
What about our freedom to drive, text, and be drunk all at the same time? It seems to me that these freedoms have to be limited for the good of society. We need social resposniblity and this is part of the socialist ideal.God respects our freedom to choose. Therefore, I argue for economic and political freedom. .
You could not resist that comment, could you? I do not talk to Satan, but I do COMMAND him to leave in the name of Jesus Christ.Have you spoken to Satan about this? Did Satan make some sort of declaration recently?
So Poland is doing away with their publicly offered health options?Glenn Beck has a special on Mao, Che, and Stalin on Friday the 22nd of January.
Watch how great socialism is. My family is from Poland who just got rid of that yoke in 1998. Pray you live free in America
How is that possible? I hear claims here that with a public insurance option in the U.S. it will eliminate public insurance. No they still have socialized medicine but also plenty of non socialized medicine.
