Why is it not a sin to eat meat, fish, eggs?

I already did. I cited Acts and a reputable Catholic commentary. Those verses are what the Church uses to show we are not bound to Jewish dietary laws. You have yet to cite anything showing your assertion is what the Church teaches.
 
Why would anyone want to eat unclean animals and wreck their health when they can just eat the clean animals instead.
 
The sources you posted do not prove unclean animals are safe to eat.

That it may be known when a thing is clean or unclean.
 
Millions of people continue to get sick from unclean animals.

They do. Citing Leviticus doesn’t help your case as we are not bound to the laws of the Old Covenant. We are under the New Covenant.

They also get sick from “clean” ones. Salmonella is still a thing with chickens. Mad Cow Disease is still a problem.

Are you saying God, who made all animals fit for consumption as stated in Acts, is unclean and false?

I don’t submit to YouTube videos. I submit to the Magisterium, the Catholic Church. You have nothing to support your beliefs as Catholic.
 
You are unable to show anywhere in the Catholic Magisterium that God allows us to eat unclean meats.

I got it from the Holy Bible. Can you give me a reason why anyone would even want to eat unclean meats which causes severe health problems in millions of people?

I eat them because they taste good and they’re not bad for me at all, fantasies to the contrary notwithstanding.

Acts 10:15

But you appear to be immune to correction.
 
In Acts, there’s a part that God says to Peter that he can eat unclean foods and shouldn’t be afraid to do so. Read the whole Acts 10 and you can find it…

I don’t think that we should treat animals as clean or unclean unless you’re a Jew for Jesus have said to St. Peter in Acts:

“And he said to them, ‘You yourselves know that it is forbidden for a Jewish man to associate with or visit a and yet God has shown me that I am not to call any person unholy or unclean. That is why I came without even raising any objection when I was sent for. So I ask, for what reason did you send for me?’” – Acts 10:28-29
