Why so many gay couples in tv shows?

I would say, yes. For one thing, there is never a guarantee that both spouses will always be able to work, so even if both spouses do work in the beginning, it is a good idea to not depend too much on both of those salaries. If an illness or disability comes a long and one salary is suddenly gone, there would be financial problems.

It doesn’t always work out but you would want a husband who is willing to take care of both you and your children. One, you never know what health problems can occur during a pregnancy or childbirth, leaving the wife needing to stay home or sometimes it is health problems children have that bring the mom home.

Also, many women who have worked hard for their career, after having a baby, realize they are not ready to go back to work but rather find they have a strong desire to stay home with their family.

I would not single out homosexual issues alone. Just about everything in popular culture is a psy-op to weaken traditional values and, economically speaking, weaken working class and middle class goals and norms. The powers that be want an easily controlled population of confused, if possible - sexless, penniless, non business owning, non-family having, chemically fed, non-God believing servile class.

And when I say “powers that be”, I don’t mean some shady super secret cabal. I need to swing this away from kooky conspiracy and make it as mundane as possible: They’re just simple criminals. Pirates.

Only that pirates aren’t “Jack Sparrow” or whatever childish image we’ve been fed (an image that they themselves want you to be infatuated with), but pirates who became more sophisticated by the 19th century, entering universities and businesses and reaching the upper echelons of society and run vast swathes of wealth, technology, and energy. In that sense, they sound like a “cabal”, but that would be giving them too much credit. It’s always base and simply about money. No different than the local thug, but on a higher scale. And they don’t want anyone else to share in it.

Gay issues are just one part of the confusion that gets too much attention. They’re as useful as scapegoats, if traditional folks focus specifically on that.

I don’t think this is universal. I was never asked this question when I worked for a Catholic high school, nor did I need to make any promises.

I was asked: Are you Catholic

Me: No

School: OK, we pray before games, is that a problem.

Me: No

School: Sounds good.

Granted…I never applied, they contacted me.

I know a lot of women in the airline industry that wear wedding bands. They don’t want to be subject to constant pick up lines and the like from passengers and other crew members.
