As the dossier today takes on even more importance …
So some would like you to believe. But tell me, what greater importance does it actually have today?

I suppose that many people, myself included, are sorry that Mueller has so much to investigate that it is taking as long as other investigations of Presidents in recent years. But the wheels of justice turn slowly.

I had no idea that 99.9% of FISA applications were approved.

This sounds worrisome, at least on the surface. (It at least sounds like a proverbial “rubber stamp”)

I think Judge Nap is right when he says other avenues need to be looked at for judicial intelligence oversight.

With that approval rate it does appear to just be a rubber stamp. I’d bet the 0.1% rejected were likely due to technicalities on the submission.
