Do I think Hillary will be our next President? Yes, and she will win by a landslide.
I doubt that, even though I think that she’d make a good President. If she wins, it’ll be a tight one** IMO**.

This is truly unbelievable Richardols. All your defense of your positions in light of Catholicism go out the window if you support her for president.

4Marks said that she’d win in a landslide. I replied that if she did, she’d just barely make it. I also said that she’d make a good President. I do honestly believe that she possesses the ability to be a good President.

Assessing her abilities positively doesn’t mean that I’d support her or vote for her. I think Dick Cheney would make a good president - he’s a very able man. But, I’d not support him or vote for him either.

THINK when you read posts on this Forum.

Another one of your favorite debate tactics. Insult intelligence of poster. Not going to work.

Here is your quote from this thread:

“She’s done a lot for New York state, she’s a hard worker, she’s gotten along with liberal and conservative senators alike, so sure, I’d likely vote for her if she ran. I’m not a one issue voter”

Is it me that needs to think more or is it you that needs to be more honest?

Was that an insult? Asking you to think before responding?

I did indeed say that. And the operative word is “likely.” She would make a good president IMO.

However, I also believe that it is unlikely that she will run in '08. Unless things change radically, she’s too polarizing. Also, she has to win in '06 first or else everything is off.

And I say if you would likely vote for her then you cannot really complain about nothing changing in the pro-life arena. If anything, a vote for her is a huge boost to the culture of death.

I’m doing all I can so she will lose in 2006. Anyone that lectures me about why it is wrong to vote for the Unborn Victims of Violence Act should be leading nobdody.

You are joined by the folks who’d like Giuliani as Senator, and better still, as President.

We’ll cross that bridge when we know who is opposing her.

OMG! Now that I’m done choking over seeing the title of this thread, I’ll wipe the Dr. Pepper off the screen. :bigyikes:

Um, no, probably not, unless our electronic voting machines figure out a way to produce hanging chads.

NONONO  NONO   NONONO :crying: NONONO :nope: NO :rotfl: NONOFor the last time, NOOOOO!!! :bigyikes:

Never. Her pride alone disqualifies her.

And if she is elected, we are moving to Australia.

Just came across this poll…

Unless she changes… a lot… I mean became a totally new person…

If she became President I think I would call my uncle in New Zealand, and let him know he would have a visitor for the next four years. 🙂
Would he have room for 6 more? The kids don’t take up much room! 😃

i don’t see why the “lesser of two evils” scenario strikes people as so “far fetched.” Republicans could easily run a McCain or Guliani style “moderate” in the next election and make it so neither party had a pro-life candidate.
