I’ll give a long answer to that one because it may help someone a little.
I used to have a bad memory, or what people sometimes call a bad memory. In fact most people don’t, if you consider how many things you do remember as opposed to that one thing you forget!
So I was to take an exam, it worried me. I used a memory technique and remembered 2000 clusters of information in fourteen topics. When I took the exam I couldn’t wait to show them how much I knew, most powerful I’ve ever felt in my life! I passed easily.
Having done that I also found that my normal memory increased immensely and since then I’ve never seriously thought that I have a bad memory at all, consequently my confidence is good about memory and that helps too. I recommend trying this if you doubt your memory.
