You ain't black, says Biden

It’s just funny that the final six candidates for the Democrat nomination were all white. Three old white men born just before the boomers and two white boomer age women. Guess the youngest one of these can keep running again until 2040, perhaps. So only one candidate in that last six who was not a boomer or older, and he is gay.

But they wanna talk racism at the rest of us. okay.

Hey, you’re saying that about Harvard Law School’s first woman of colour!

Well I think Trump is certainly racist. I would say that Obama is. Unfortunately, despite what the liberals say, “representation” and access into liberal and capitalist institutions is not a route to solving racism.

Why is this not being called out by every news outlet as the racism it is?
I’ve not bothered to read the articles, but many major news outlets do have stories about it.
CNN reports on the interview but no outrage at all, they tend to excuse it.

ABC News calls Biden’s statement a “quip”

Washington Post - “Come on. Biden’s ‘you ain’t black’ comment was clearly a joke.”

I can’t see the NYT as I wouldn’t pay anything to read that rag. But it is very clear, once again, the double standard for Democrats. If anyone connected with the Republican side had made the exact same comment in the exact same context in the exact same circumstance, these news outlets would be hiring extra help to write all the stories to broadcast or print.

I think it is more the ignorance of the electorate than the political system itself.

Not itching for a fight, but just what has Trump done that makes him a racist?

Candace Owens:
FINALLY!! A Democrat candidate with the courage to look black people in the face and tell face and tell us what they really think, which is “don’t ask questions, and vote for me because you are black”. Can we all just take a moment to pause and consider the media reaction if Donald J. Trump said this to a black person that asked him about his policies? Or if Trump said “ain’t” as opposed to “are not”, simply because he was speaking to a black man. Do black people not understand English? Can anybody find a clip of Joe Biden saying “ain’t” when speaking to a white man? This is plantation-politics at its finest.
I’m not outraged or upset, because this clip is everything I’ve been screaming about for the last 3 years; Democrats view black people as trained chimpanzees who should perform the same circus act at the polls every 4 years to empower wealthy white liberals. Quite frankly, if you are black and you can’t see that by now, then maybe “you ain’t smart” 😂
I’ve been honored these last 3 years to have spent considerable time with POTUS and his entire immediate family. Never, not once, has any one of them ever spoken to me in broken English. They speak to me how they speak to every single person that they encounter, no matter what skin color.
Trump2020, all day everyday.
I especially like the bolded (mine).

He doesn’t have to do anything. He is not a democrat (he actually is, but he defeated their candidate, so this definitely makes him a racist). Plus, and more importantly, he is Hitler. Didn’t you know that?

all I see is people saying that he isn’t Trump, or that to even criticise Biden is to defend Trump. Seems like a pretty big condemnation of America’s political system really. His campaign motto might as well be “I am not Trump.”
Kinda like all the Trump supports who said, “At least he isn’t Hillary.” It was sad in 2016 and it’s sad today. What a choice we have…a doddering old fool and a self-aggrandizing liar. Geez!

Do you think the country is ready for “a real progressive”?
IMO, no, not when bundled with globalism and partial birth abortion. But I think it is ready to see single payer in the platform of a party.

The problem is “not the other guy” is rarely as powerful a motivator as “I want THIS guy.” Trump has the latter in spades with those who do want him.

For many voters, Biden is basically a bowl of three day old lettuce that’s been sitting on the kitchen counter in mid-July , which seems mildly better than eating dog food when given a choice. Still, you don’t see a lot of people excited to tear into that wilted mess.

Biden is going to need people to be motivated to turn out to win, IMO.

The graph basically says . . .

Whatabout the Repubicans?

Whataboutism.
