Hey, did anyone see the “24” cast on Larry King live last night?? The People’s Choice Awards was on another channel at the same time…but this was much better.

They did the whole show from the set of CTU…it was neat to see it with different lighting.

For all of you who don’t know the show, you can easily jump in with us on Sunday to start watching…you’ll get it. And then later, you can pick up old seasons if you want…that’s what we did. It’s still fun to watch it that way, too.

Awww…No Martha!! I thought she was a great first lady. I wonder about the president’s whatever he was…the guy who was beat up. WHAT was his name??? I am drawing a blank.
Kathy :banghead:
I know, I like Martha too. I caught a glimpse of her on Larry King last night but did not actually catch the segment. I asked my brother about her & he said that she was still on the show! Are you thinking of President Palmers brother, Wayne? If you are, he’s the new President. I hear the shows on Sunday & Monday are going to be awesome & I can’t wait! I wish we could do a countdown to 24 complete with the 24 sound effect!:bounce:

Unfortunately, it’s up against “Heroes”. It was put to a family vote and “24” was not the winner. I’ll get the DVD set from the library.
I have the same problem in my house and Heroes also won. Though Jack is a hero, he is no Hero. But only a Heroes" fan could possibly understand.

Jack will have to be watched on tape the following evening.

No, I think it was Mike…the one who had the "hots " for the first Lady.

Oh, you mean Aaron! I really liked him . I hope he’s back this season. I asked my brother (that’s my “go-to” person for 24 info) about Aaron & he said that he wasn’t on Larry King’s cast of 24 show, so we don’t know if that means he’s not in this season’s cast:confused: .

SO was Mike the president’s right hand man?? I am STILL drawing a blank!!

How far in advance do they film the episodes of 24? Are this season’s entire thing all in the can or will there be work to do even while the plot is playing out? How soon into it all does the cast get to find out where things are headed?

From the Larry King show, I believe Keifer was saying they tape 2 episodes in 3 weeks. I’m not sure about how far they have gone with the taping…the actors didn’t seem able to talk about the plot. And it was said that they tape out of sequence as well…

I’ve been salivating over the previews for WEEKS!!! Can’t wait until Sunday:bounce:

I got a small dose of “the velvet” from Regis and Kelly while at the gym on Friday…can’t wait!!!

I’m waiting to see how they’re going to bring Tony back in…

and Rick Schroeder…geeze, guess this is the last season…

WOW and WOW! What an exciting show. Those were the two fastest hours on television! Looks like tomorrow’s show will be just as good. Boy, Jack certainly takes a “bite” out of crime! Sorry, I couldn’t resist:D

In the preview from last night, Jack looked up in disbelief (or fear or whatever…). Do you think he was looking at Tony??

About the Rick Schroeder comment above…😃

Can’t wait until tonight!

I think they must have been filming last Friday because all the actor’s trailers were parked next to the studio building.

Most television shows will shoot out of sequence. Sometimes different views from the same scene are shot at different times, especially if more actors are needed in one case than in the other.

I know that for the scene at the end of season 4 where Jack has a final confrontation with Marwan in a parking garage that a special set was constructed in back of the studio building just for the close up scene where Jack is holding on to Marwan’s arm.

It is so much nicer when I get to watch it on dvd and can see it all in a couple days without comercials. I watched seasons four and five on dvd and am now caught up and watched the premier. I miss the dvds just like with Lost. I startged to watch that on tv as well now. If I had any patience I would wait until the dvd comes out.

Though portrayed as personal, I have a funny feeling Curtis was right and this guy is going to turn bad on us.

Did anyone catch the haunting music which accompanied Jack’s feelings of frustration? The production quality of this show is absolutely brilliant!

I watched Sunday night’s season opener, but have not yet watched last night’s (Monday) show. I’ll probably have to wait until this weekend to catch up. I must say, it was a good opener. I was not overly bowled over by it’s greatness, but I heard the ending to last night’s was really good.

sad to see Curtis “go” I really liked his character.

What is the deal with Palmer’s sister? She is a self important nut job!!!
