CinciMom:
Tonight’s episode… Well all I can say is WOW!!!
There was a roar of laughter here when Chloe snapped out of her shock and declared she was ready to go back to work. :rotfl:

Or…she is sex starved and looking for a hot time. Yes, Aaron is pure man showing bravery and loyalty to his country but will show us his sexier side very soon. 😃 :twocents:!
Speaking of sex: Chloe and Spencer??? What the heck was that all about? Is there some backstory here that I missed? Somehow she doesn’t seem that she’d be very, um, exciting; let alone interested. Perhaps she’s one of those buttoned up types who lets loose after she’s off work, relaxed, and gets a couple of drinks in her?

It was an interesting episode with Lynn’s self sacrifice.

Also loved Chloe this week.

Plus, who ever says Jack is not an emotional type. He even cries for his friends.

yea I caught that…she appears to live a dual life…

and while it seems that Martha will stand next to her man the president she obviously has physical needs to keep in check…

Lynn had to…no other choice…no points from me …

yea…Chloe was a good hearty laugh for me this week…

and Jack wasn’t crying…I think those were gas pains I saw on his face…did you hear him beg for just a day with his daughter…I said aloud " Oh no! That is 24 hours!"

Sorry, but daughter Kim needs some slap therapy. What a spoiled, selfish, brat!

Chloe’s line directed to Kim’s boyfriend about breathing was great! I think the new director, the woman, is going to up Jack’s blood pressure.

😃 Well, who knows if the writers will ever bring up the little scene between Pierce and the First Lady again? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

I love Chloe!

It cracked me up how Barry jumps in with some phrase like, “I can help! I am a clinical psychologist!”. (I think the writers must get their laughs in spite of all the death and gloom.) But Chloe definitely stole the ‘best line of the night’ award with her remark about breathing being a psychologist’s answer to everything.

I was again reminded of '24’s nod to Star Trek: The Original Series, what with ‘guy-in-the-red-suit’ Harry Winton meeting his demise along with Lynn.

I was crying when the security guard was talking to his daughter on the phone. Saying he will tuck her in, oh man the tears are flowing again! That scene tore my heart out!

:crying:

So that new woman who is on her way to CTU with that other dude … what if one of them is the other insider, not the VP??

I didn’t at all like what I heard about how Bill Buccanon will no longer be in charge and that other guy will have the authority to “releave” someone of their duties w/out first clearing it with the new boss.

I fear the worst.

And seriously, Tony was my favorite … did they HAVE to kill him!!! Jeeze. And the previews for next week look bleak too … if Curtis dies, I’ll stop watching the show.

(Well, okay … no I won’t, but I’ll be pretty darn upset!)

This woman…
any thoughts about the woman Henderson was speaking to in the car before he pushed the button for the bomb?

He was reporting to somebody what the status was with the information CTU had…and it was a woman…and he was ex-CTU…

:hmmm:

I initially thought it was his secretary, but could be wrong.

Could the woman have been Karen Hayes, the director of homeland security who is about to take over? Henderson did note, afterall, that Jack really didn’t want to know how bad the information he was withholding was.

I watched the show for the first time last night…I was impresed to say the least.

yea…good isn’t it… can’t wait till the next episode :bounce:

Poor edgar stiles. Poor Rudie! I mean Lynn. He kind of deserved his demise not reporting that missing key card! Where are they going to release those other canisters? LAX??

re: DOD gal, you mean Audrey? Kim is just a brat! And a real lightweight when it comes to horse sense. What does she expect w/ a father who saves the city, the state, the country and the world one hour after another? Does she think it is easy being JB?
