Was Tony in a “safe” room? Or might he meet the same fate as others?
Tony has always been one of my favorites!

I’m pretty sure that Tony is in a safe room and I believe that is where they took Henderson. Not good for those two to be in the same room…Yeah, Tony is one of my favorite’s, too:yup:Was Tony in a “safe” room? Or might he meet the same fate as others?

I was wondering that too.Was Tony in a “safe” room? Or might he meet the same fate as others?

Yea…I was sad to see Edgar go down. smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_9_7.gifMaybe, just maybe Edgar might survive - Or… maybe not. smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_9_7.gif
exactly my thoughts…and the id card was changed??? Hollywood…not too realisticBut then again if this were a gov’t agency shouldn’t they rely on fingerprints/eyescans instead of key cards?
There’s no time in Jack’s busy day. Rumor has it he had a dentist appointment but had to cancel at the last minute as “something urgent came up”.I know there will be many Jack fans out there that will hate to hear this but …Jack really needs to see a dentist to whiten his teeth and have some corrective work done…maybe he’d smile a little more if he did…talk about Hollywood…Jack’s teeth just don’t fit the bill.
poor Edgar…I liked him…If, or when, I get hired at CTU I will wear a minors helmet w/ a light. I will have such eyestrain the first week due to the darkness of the place. I thought maybe Edgar would somehow make it but I just read an article at Luciannes and a producer/director says it had to be realistic and losing Edgar made it so. Edgar Stiles RIP
Haven’t caught up yet…still have the show on tape…I’ll keep an eye out for that though…whether or nto it was out of character for Edgar.A few insights:
- I think it was out of character for Edgar to ignore that woman’s warning. Especially since (in 24 time) only an hour or so had passed since Lynn did the same exact darn thing … and we all (including Edgar) saw how stupid Lynn was to ignore the chatter that Edgar himself discovered.
I’m drawing a blank on who the VP is…what’s his name? When have we seen him? I’m not seeing him on their website. What’s he look like?
- I’m almost certain the VP is the other insider. I never suspected Mike. He’s a red herring. (Mmmm …(voice like Homer Simpson) … herring …)
I’ve suspected since we first saw those two that he was sent to her by the terrorists all along to be in the right place at the right time. I’m sure they have a list of who’s who over at CTU…and that they’ve searched the list of loved ones for each person to find their vulnerabilities.
- How in the world did Lynn’s crackhead sister’s crackhead boyfriend get a hold of the terrorists to let him know he’s got the key card? Unless he was in on it from the beginning (which really doesn’t make much sense, does it?), there’s no way he would have known a) that the terrorists needed the keycard or b) how to even contact them in the first place.
Man, I’m so looking forward to catching up so I can see what you’re referring to…maybe I can help later.I hope somebody w/ a clearer memory of the past 11 or 12 hours can help me understand why my insights might be a little wrong. Because up until this last episode, the show (the whole series) has been pretty darn air-tight when it comes to plot.
Isn’t this the second time CTU was blown apart? I could have sworn they had to relocate about two seasons ago…One more thing: Given the nature of the work they do at CTU, don’t you think they would have already considered the possibility of such a scenario & security breech taking place … and had an emergency backup plan already mapped out and ready to be implemented in the blink of an eye, rather than being caught off-guard and having to ask Chloe to quick check which rooms at CTU are “safe!”??? It’s their job NOT to be caught off-guard.
Don’t you think?
If I were a guy…I’d think twice about dating Jacks daughter and upsetting her in any wayWas I the only one who saw the eye daggers Jack sent to his daughter’s boyfriend? :bigyikes: …that guy is marked…

I also missed the first part of this week’s double episode, but from what I gathered in the brief bits of higlights they show at the beginning of each show, he was in on some sort of scheme to get Lynn’s wallet which was supposed to net them 20 grand. Now how in the world the terrorists or whoever his contact was knew to get in touch with him when Lynn only came on to CTU a couple of hours previously, well there’s more artistic licence.

That would mess with the drama of the show. If you want to go along for the great ride, you have to let them have a little extra leash to make it work.Don’t you think?
Yeah but that guy has some balls of steel to tell Jack off the way he did about how everything is all about what Jack thinks is right. If I were a guy…I’d think twice about dating Jacks daughter and upsetting her in any way![]()
