First we are told that there is one version of the truth. Now we are told that there are two versions:it doesn’t matter to Jesus. But it matters to us for the Liturgical Symbolism in the Mass or Divine Liturgy. In the Rites that use unleavened bread, they so it because Jesus most likely broke unleavened Bread during the Last Supper. The Rites that do not use unleavened bread are emphasizing that Jesus comes to us in ordinary, everyday things. Neither is wrong. It simply has to do with different symbolism used during the Liturgy…
Version 1: Unleavened Bread was used during the Last Supper.
Version 2: Leavened Bread was used during the last Supper.
Truth my friend, truth. There is only one version of it and it only resides in the Catholic church…
