You’re not speaking the truth.
The fact that you are here and conversing with us is proof that “everything” has not been taken from you. You have the ability to repent, and you have the promise of forgiveness if you wish to seek it. Those alone are huge gifts.God has taken everything from me as a punishment for my sins. And yes he has lied, he said he would not take everything away.
God took away my family members when i was young. He took away my parents jobs, if he is all good he would not have done that. He is punishing me for a sin, but I do not know which one.The fact that you are here and conversing with us is proof that “everything” has not been taken from you. You are confusing what you feel with truth.
I’ve suffered many losses in my life. I’ve dealt with incredibly difficult illnesses, with personal challenges, with times of struggle and difficulty. These times weren’t punishment, no matter how painful they were. When I look back on my life - and for the largest part of my life, I wasn’t Christian or Catholic, as I was raised in a secular home - I’ve come to realize that it was in these struggles and difficulties that God was slowly showing me and teaching me that He was there for me. That I was not alone. That I could have hope, not matter what, because He is always with me.God took away my family members when i was young. He took away my parents jobs, if he is all good he would not have done that. He is punishing me for a sin, but I do not know which one.
