The Republican Party was the image of Ronald Reagan’s policies (for better or for worse). If Trump’s policies and actions are how the Republican Party should have always been, then count me out (I’ve been out for 4 years as it is).

As many of us have been.

–And all this does is make’s the clerk’s rights superior to mine.
I’m stealing this quote, but look at it this way: if the experts are right, wearing a mask potentially prevents someone from getting sick and dying. If they’re wrong, you’re suffering the very mild inconvenience of having a piece of fabric over your face while you go grocery shopping. This doesn’t seem like an unreasonable thing to ask of a Christian.

Oh, I almost thought I was on Fox News or the White House Communications staff for a few minutes when I made that statement. I slipped into “Trumpspeak”. Seriously, it was an attempt at humor and Trumpian hyperbole.

And the many times that he has singled out black female reporters for particularly rude comments only because they were doing their job as journalists. He treats black female reporters, and all female reporters, much differently than white males. This is not conjecture or anecdotal, as it has been recorded many times.

Singled out black reporters?

False, false, false.

Trump takes on all reporters - particularly the deceitful reporters who make absurd statements posing as questions (i.e. The Jim Acostas of the world).

Weighing the general credibility of Trump vs. mainstream media (i.e. CNN) Trump wins hands down.

I didn’t watch the rally. Could someone summarize President Trump’s remarks? Did he say anything Presidential?

(I wouldn’t count “test less” and “don’t vote for Biden” as Presidential. I’m thinking more like what would Reagan have said to rise above political differences and offer a vision of hope to the nation.)

Hey! The rally is over. Poor attendance.
Same old lies. Nothing new.
Next.

As I said…great attendance compared to what Biden would draw, and during a pandemic, no less.

Same “lies?” Funny, I didn’t see a single one (and you certainly haven’t identified any).

No, and no. Politeness can and often does present as weakness. The US needs a strong president. We have one. Obama? Weak, and presented as such.

With due respect, you seem to have a fixation on “charity.” In my book, charity need not equal “apologizing all the time,” “being mindful of others’ feelings,” etc. Charity, as I see it, equals speaking the truth.
Truth is the great liberator. And setting folks free is the best charity, of all.

Did they really do that?
I’m not talking about Dr. Fauci. I’m talking about the 1200 “experts” that signed a letter welcoming the protests.

Here’s many of them changing their minds:

There are two sides to charity grace. You completely ignore the other. Is it charitable to let my neighbor be beaten by a criminal instead of stopping the criminal…even to the point if having to kill him (the criminal)?

No, that would not be charitable. We have law enforcement for this reason, though. Abandoning the rule of law and taking things into our own hands is not the way to handle others’ violence.

You realize law enforcement doesn’t always get there on time, right?

Getting back to the Original Topic… What were your favorite moments? What did President Trump say that really hit the mark for you?

Trump is not our savior and a rally for him does not solve our issues. It only further spreads the rhetoric we have seen from this administration for the past 3.5 years.
Neither was Obama, Clinton, Carter, LBJ, Kennedy, etc etc. but the way the left talks about them you would think they were.

What world do you live in?! For your sake, I sincerely hope if you are ever being beaten that the other bystanders don’t simply say, “I’m being charitable and obeying the law by not intervening”, while you are being pummelled and crying out for them to help you.

I feel like if we just argue for ten more pages in this, the eleven millionth thread about Trump, people are really going to be convinced and start changing their minds. Any second now.
