No such thing. Absolutely false report.
Was Jesus smiling on the Cross? he must have been all smiles on the cross because he did not want to drink that cup and it was forced on him by a supposed beloved father. What a father!.Like I said in post #551 of this thread, Mohammed discovered that he could get more with a smile and a sword than he could with just a smile.

or, more literally this: (although a sponge was used and not a cup)John 10:17-18
The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father."
Sorry, I just don’t understand to what you are referring.John 19:28-30
The Death of Jesus
Later, knowing that all was now completed, and so that the Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, “I am thirsty.” A jar of wine vinegar was there, so they soaked a sponge in it, put the sponge on a stalk of the hyssop plant, and lifted it to Jesus’ lips. When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
What does this have to do with Mohammad’s discovering that you can use force get people to do what you want? What a prophet !!!Was Jesus smiling on the Cross? he must have been all smiles on the cross because he did not want to drink that cup and it was forced on him by a supposed beloved father. What a father!.
He might be referring to Jesus’ praying in the garden, “Take this cup from me if it be thy will, but thy will be done, not mine.”Sorry, I just don’t understand to what you are referring.
OK, I thought of that too, but he said on the cross, so I wasn’t sure. To be honest, I’m not even sure what his point is, but hopefully he’ll clarify it.He might be referring to Jesus’ praying in the garden, “Take this cup from me if it be thy will, but thy will be done, not mine.”
Have you ever gotten him to clarify something?… but hopefully he’ll clarify it.
Have you ever gotten him to clarify something?![]()
defenseless ?? huhconquers defenseless people,
If Mohammed and his army had stayed in Medina where they belonged, .
Macca was his birthplace.

There is a couple of Borats here as mentioned by someone earlier on. You have to read and know his mind to know what he’s trying to say. It is not an easy thing to do but if you can pass that hurdle and with a little luck you may get into his head and whatever that’s inside it.
Are you referring to this:
or, more literally this: (although a sponge was used and not a cup)
Sorry, I just don’t understand to what you are referring.
That’s the most important part of his teaching as our salvation depends on it. If we take other deity besides God , no one can save us from His anger & punishment.… Jesus’ message was not only “Worship only God”. .
That’s the most important part of his teaching as our salvation depends on it. If we take other deity besides God , no one can save us from His anger & punishment.
That’s fine, that is a common belief between Christianity and Islam, but it still is not the ONLY part of his message.
Matthew 22: 35-40
And one of them, a doctor of the law, putting him to the test, asked him, “Master, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus said to him, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with thy whole heart, and with thy soul, and with thy whole mind
Jesus is the salvation. Nothing beats that. Believe in Him and be saved, unbelieve and be damned. In the name of Allah , Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Salaam/peace

Nothing there or anywhere else in Jesus’ message about killing unbelievers
Yes, that’s true. Jesus wanted us to be like him. He is the ultimate example that human kinds have ever known. Only a human can teach another human what to do. God has become human.Reuben J : Jesus is the salvation.
Like us , Jesus (pbuh) also had God & Jesus (p) never forget to pray to God …he prayed like Muslims… made prostration on ground . So , it’s better to pray to God only for our salavation.

huh who ordered then to destroy the whole city of the disbelievers ? Was it Muhammed (pbuh) ?
**
Are you referring once again to the OT?I believe this has been discussed ad nauseum. I know that I, myself, have discussed with you the fact that Jesus was not human in the OT because then you always come back with, ‘But don’t you think Jesus is God, was He not there then’ or some such similar statement. Please refer to those threads as I really don’t wish to go through it again.
If you are not referring to the OT, please give me the verse where Jesus either killed anyone or ordered anyone to be killed.
jakasaki, these are not the three prayer times. There is no secrecy during prayer. These three are the rest and privacy times. There is a verse in the koran about praying times…
Chapter 24 - #58
O you who believe! Let your legal slaves and slave-girls, and those among you who have not come to the age of puberty ask your permission (before they come to your presence) on **three **occasions;
**before Fajr (morning) prayer
and while you put off your clothes for the noonday (rest), Dhuhr
and after the ‘Isha’ (late-night) prayer.**
(These) three times are of privacy for you, other than these times there is no sin on you or on them to move about, attending (helping) you each other.
Thus Allah makes clear the Ayat (the Verses of this Quran, showing proofs for the legal aspects of permission for visits, etc.) to you. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
OK, so the question is if the koran states 3 prayer times, why do muslims perform 5 prayers a day?
Thank you!
Hi Planten, thanks!.. but I don’t understand what you mean.jakasaki, these are not the three prayer times. There is no secrecy during prayer. These three are the rest and privacy times.
That is correct. The times for privacy had to be with reference to some known tmings. So, Fajr and Dhuhr are mentioned.Hi Planten, thanks!.. but I don’t understand what you mean.
Please explain…
If the chapter and verse# I provided are not prayer times, what are they?
Fajr is a morning prayer is it not?
Dhuhr is a noon prayer is it not?
Isha is a late night prayer is it not?
