Baby laughing at something in room

You didn’t say how old your son is. But there are a lot of other reasons for this behavior.

It is possible he wasn’t that hungry. He might have been picking up on your anxiety. He could have been just trying new muscle movements. Depending on his age, his ability to focus, along with other small muscle movements, isn’t well defined yet.

Most of us have had moments like that with our babies. Put him under a ceiling fan and watch how entertained he will be. Has he discovered how fascinating his toes are yet?

Babies are very good at entertaining themselves. Some will wake up at 3 and sing, others wake up and yell. It sounds like you have been blessed with a happy baby. Enjoy him.

P.S. If the house hasn’t already been blessed, you should have that done. Then relax.

Yes we have put him under a fan he loves to look at lights, shadows, fans, anything. He is very happy. But this was different. And as far as my 3am post you should actually read the entire thread for more information. But thanks for your (name removed by moderator)ut
 
Thank you for this response. I was hoping it was an angel Bc he seemed really engaged and entertained. But after my husbands dream idk. I’ve decided to just pray about it and let it go. 💗
 
I go to confession once a month. But I was thinking the same, which is why my husband assumed it was my great grandma who passed away last year visiting our son

A co-worker of mine once told me of the time her 2 year old daughter kept staring up at the corner of the room where the walls meet the ceiling. She would point at the ceiling and say, “Is that daddy?” She did this several times. It was obvious to her mother that she was seeing something.

I recall a woman posting a comment on a paranormal forum describing the time her 5 year old son came running out of his bedroom, grabbed his mom’s hand and pulled her into the bedroom, wanting to show her something. In the bedroom, he pointed to a blank wall and said, “Do you see it?” His mother said, “See what?” The boy replied, “The angel!” The mother just stood there, dumbfounded. The boy stared at the wall again for a few seconds and then started laughing. His mother asked him, “What are you laughing at?” The boy pointed to the wall and said, “He doesn’t have any feet!”

I personally know a woman who has seen Jesus. She said He didn’t have any visible feet. Interesting. I do believe that babies and young children have more sensitive spiritual eyes than adults.
 
Have you talked to your priest about this?

The Church always encourages us to consider natural causes first before considering supernatural ones.

For example, in the case of assessing a need for exorcism, a psychiatric and medical exam is first recommended.

As for the skepticism you are encountering in this thread, we are merely offering you an alternative but plausible view. This is a discussion forum after all and others may think differently.
 
I’m aware of this. We think now that it was his guardian angel protecting him from harm ☺️💗 When My husband came home from work today he made smiling faces and our son was smiling and laughing in the same manner as he did last night so we figured a demon could not have possibly been so friendly to my son. It must have been his guardian angel!
 
Awww that was such a beautiful read! Thank you for that! Yes I’ve read and heard from people that have seen angels, Christ and the Virgin Mary that they don’t have feet! That they appear to be floating on a cloud! Isn’t that marvelous? Oh how I desire so badly to one day see Jesus…we think my son may have seen his guardian angel last night protecting him from harm 💗

I think if your home was demonically infested, even with only one demon, you would have no doubt! Some things you just can’t hide.

Have you ever seen the many videos on YouTube of orbs hovering over babies in their cribs? Seems baby monitors frequently pick up these things. Babies attract them. Guardian angels? Protective deceased love ones? Who knows?

Dust in the IR frequency. It happens on our cameras all the time, even when there is no kid in a dark room.
 
The Vatican itself will exhaust any and all possible scientific explanations before even allowing the tiniest hint of anything supernatural. Most things we see and experience are part of the natural world. And please be careful about ‘dead relatives watching over you’ - thats dangerous ground spiritually. We have God watching over us and that’s enough. Try not to jump to the most extreme explanation if you can - and enjoy your baby’s development 🙂 xx
 
As X V said ,babies laugh and smile a lot.Mine did.My mum used to say fondly they were smiling at Mary.
Mum had ten.Better not to be overthinking a normal part of development but it’s nice to think they are in tune with God.
 
I’ve read that sometimes God allows our relatives to come down and visit us especially our children 🙂 And I’m pretty sure it was his guardian angel who’s ALWAYS by his side 🙂

I don’t think anyone is saying it couldn’t be something supernatural. But it is weird that you’re so convinced it absolutely must be and refusing to consider other possibilities.

When it comes to a baby laughing, “seeing apparitions” is like 10,000th on the list of possibilities. More likely he had gas or something.

Nope. Not dust. This thing is interacting with the baby, and the mother has seen it near the child’s head several times. Usually specks that show up on camera is actually dust, but this is not dust.
 
Yeah it’s weird because people have so little faith nowadays. Everyone is so skeptical and assuming that I didn’t look into other possibilities when I already have lol Like I said I know my baby best. He was definitely interacting with something and it was probably his guardian angel who’s always by his side 🙂
