But they usually aren’t. Don’s behind in the current polls, has no momentum and the clock is ticking.
Barring something genuinely exceptional, Biden is going to be the prez is 6 months.

I think the critical issue is how will Kamala Harris play with Independent (White) voters, especially in the battleground swing states. She has the intelligence, the skills, the drive, the toughness, the look (sexist, I know) of being a VP or a President. But she is a woman, and a woman of color. She will certainly energize women of color to vote for Biden, but will White Midwesterners accept her?

My buddy was a state trooper until he got on with the feds. He smoked it when we were in high school. Had to admit it on the polygraph he took to get the first job.
So when he pulls someone over and they’re high, per what I assume to be your reasoning, he shouldn’t arrest the driver for DUI?

You’re confusing Harris with Trump. Harris is strong, tough, a fighter, but also a compassionate person with a moral compass. She has to be, being a DA and a woman. Trump, on the other hand, is a nasty bully with a disgusting personality.
