TMC I am not sure who is teaching you Gods knowledge, but they are misleading you by saying Job was not a prophet.

Even Islam hold him as a Prophet.

There is no evidence who actually wrote the book but Job is mentioned in other books. So it’s safe to assume he was real not fiction.
Parables are not fiction. Do you believe that Job is literal history? The Church does not teach that, and the structure and details of the story indicate otherwise to me.

New Testament.

As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job ’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
Yes… God can give Satan & Co leave - to test the faith of Believers…

I believe it 100%, I’ve angered them when I’ve written about Jesus on the Cross. I did not get thrown across the room but did experience a blackout.

And where does it say everything must be written in the Bible? It’s common knowledge demons can kill. Just do some research.

Wouldn’t relying only on the Bible as evidence of demons harming or killing a person be called Sola Scriptura? Asking for a friend…

Indeed. You are correct. Everything is not written in the Bible. Accepting only the Bible as a source for understanding the demonic and as a source for thinking that only demonic activity is found in the Bible would be Sola Scriptura.

I don’t believe everything that’s in the movies, that would highly presumptive to assume that I do. And it’s putting words in my mouth and thoughts in my head that aren’t there.

I can tell you why. Because having gone through an attack in the past it is very easy to tell when it is present. Back then I was debating a Protestant on the old blogs on here. I had written a piece about Jesus on the Cross, how he kicked Satan’s $&#. I was in bed sitting up and reading when my wife came into the room. She sat down at the foot of the bed to talk to me. As I was looking at her and listening I saw the demon (in form of shadow) in the hallway. My wife at the same time turned around and said “It’s back and it’s pissed.” Right at that time it went through her and straight into me. When it got me it was a warmth and everything went black. I was out of space and time and do not know how long it lasted. After that I could not write for a while. Now if you think I’m crazy or making this up consider this. I’m so confident I would bet my house, my whole life, on what I’ve told you is true. If you think I’m making this up or want to try and explain it away then ask other people who have been attacked.

I know most of you posts seem to doubt and that’s ok, I too was a skeptic until it happened to me. Now my whole life has changed. Life was easy before when living a secular life, money, good times, freedom to do as we wanted, we had zero reason to want to change. But God had other plans and here we are.

The movies can never explain it or captivate what it is really like. There evil that is present can never be dupplicated. I think that is the one thing that people that have not been through it can ever understand.

You nailed it. Often the movies pale in comparison to what actually happens. There are people who have bestowed upon themselves the mantle of being an expert who are the least knowledgable of what actually happens. They become self-appointed pharmacists, psychologists, psychiatrists, sociologists, demonologists, apologists, and theologians when they try to pontificate on a subject that they hardly know, at least from an experiential point of view.

You got that right, so many think they are experts and yet have zero experience. And then the doubters, nothing will suffice for evidence, they will think we are mentally ill or whatever. Then some say the Bible does not say, well, does the Bible mention cancer, coronavirus, or any of the other deseases that kill folks? Does the Bible mention airplanes, rockets, or even cars? The Bible mentions demons are real but does not go into any detail. The Priests and Saints that have endured attacks, they are not liars.

Your story terrifies and yet fascinates me, I hope you never have to go through that again. Thank you for sharing your story with me, I will trust in God that things will not happen unless it’s with His permission.
God Bless,
Gregory V.
