So the judge struck down all laws related to prostitution because they hinder people’s “freedom of security” (because they can’t go to cops while they’re in the process of committing a crime…), and “freedom of expresion” (because they can’t approach people to ask them if they want to pay for sex… not that this stops them).
Thankfully this isn’t the Supreme Court, although I imagine they’ll rule the same way.
